  Three of us stayed in a very modern 2 bedroom apartment (number 4) on 1st floor of building. It was nice and clean and spacious. The blackout blinds within the double glazing were great, made the bedrooms pitch black even in the middle of the day. Bedding clean. Good location, 10 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. Supermarkets very close. There were some small problems ie no pots/kettle to cook with, luckily I had brought my own kettle. Some small things that could be simply fixed - (owner please note) were handles on 2 kitchen cupboards which kept coming off could easily be fixed with a little bit of wood glue. A kettle and at least one pot would be appreciated and not very costly. The sharp points of 2 screws were sticking out from the frame at foot of bed, these could have caused a nasty scratch, these should be removed or covered over to prevent accidents. Sitting room and 1 bedroom window/door slid open fully and had a little Juliet balcony but not sure this would be safe for children, but was great to air the apartment. Easy check in and check out - no problem obtaining key, but it would be better to provide more than one key for a 2 bedroom apartment please. Enjoyed stay and would definitely consider staying at the property again.

  "dreadfully funny how awful it was but did the job a poor standard hostel would eg: bed,water,shelter"눉no bath mat, no soap, only 2 toilet rolls (for 5 people for a week), the washing machine didn't work, the shower went hot and cold, no hand towels, the TV only had 2 channels, the lift was on and off broken, walls were very thin, didnt feel safe with the glass balcony, no bin at all in the entire apartment, 3 handles fell off the kitchen drawers. additional to this the woman sandra didnt answer the phone for about 2/3 hours when i was told to ring her when we landed at the airport (took 30 min taxi drive) was very close to having to book an emergency hostel for the night as she didnt answer the phone or any messages or emails or any contact numbers online. 눇I liked the view, and, the free wifi, good location, easy to find, slept well.

  Stayed here for a long weekend and was fine for what we wanted, the apartment was clean and did supply towels. it was just a base for us we didn't use kitchen but please note if you are intending to use the kitchen there are very limited supplies and would struggle to make a meal, no kettle or coffee machine which I find is an essential these days! This apartment could be great if it just added those essential finishing touches e.g kettle, hairdryer ( which was advertised and wasn't provided) silly things no towel rail in bathroom, no where to put your shower gel in the shower, some of the blinds at the windows didn't open, it did have a washing machine. If your just looking for somewhere to have as a base to enjoy the lovely city of Barcelona then it's absolutely fine and in a great location with lots of cafes and the metro 5 min walk.

  Everything was nice. Clear, lots of towels, comfortable bed, good kitchen but with this equipment you will not cook a dinner. There is working dishwasher. Contact with the owners was ok, but the lady doesnt speak english very well. Anyway I recommend this place

  First of all very bad organization at the moment of reserving the flat. No care taken in the cleanliness of the flat, sofa bed falling apart, no microwave, no batteries in remote control, walls dirty, booking.com should ban these people from offering such false publicity. I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but clearly this book is rotten throughout.
