Location

This apartment hotel is located in a quiet residential area, 400 m from the beach of Albir. It offers guests the possibility to enjoy the beach, the local cuisine and proximity to other attractive areas such as Alicante, Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. The town centre of L'Alfàs del Pi is around 120 m away, where guests will also find shopping and tourist facilities. The nearest restaurants and bars are some 100 m from the property, and links to public transport are located around 200 m away. The city of Alicante is roughly 50 km away, and Alicante Airport is some 66 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 20 apartments located in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a cloakroom, a safe and room service (for a fee). Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

The rooms have a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Additional amenities include a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath are included the bathrooms. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The apartment hotel has 20 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water (for a fee). Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce, beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf and paddle tennis or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, volleyball and basketball. With water skiing or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. For an additional fee, guests can also choose from a gym, squash and handball. A wellness area with a spa provides a great opportinity to unwind after a long day. Additional services available for a fee include a sauna and massage treatments

Meals

Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children.

    Our second time staying here and it's still a really nice place. Very quiet, very clean and super value. The appartments are pretty good and well looked after and the grounds are superbly maintained. A lovely warm welcome, very friendly and helpful and no problems with check in or out.Only gripe, a small one, is TV for a week was 90 euros. However with free and good quality wi-Fi Netflix made up for that! Not a big problem but just be aware of that.Definitely a place for peace and quiet and a comfortable time.

    Very quite place. If my children went in the pool and enjoyed themselves being giddy and excited then other resiidents complained. The children did not like going in the pool because they were feared that someone would complain. Not a very good holiday for the children. I personally think it was disgusting that people do not like to hear children enjoying themselves. Would not recommend these apartments.P

    Stayed here late August early September, myself ,husband and 2 children , girls age 19 and 14. It is not often i give an Excellent rating but felt I had to this time.We collected the key from the office nearby and the member of staff drove us round the corner as it was raining and issued us with passes for 4 people to use the gym and spa given the weather.The apartment was very good with laundry room with washing machine and separate kitchen very well equipped with cooker ,fridge freezer,dishwasher and microwave.We also received a welcome pack on arrival with tea, coffee, milk sachets and biscuits. There was also a bottle of water and cava in the fridge. The pool is very clean with sunbeds and we were given towels for the poolside.Overall I was very impressed. given where we had previously stayed in Albir

    Lovley,spacious,clean all mod cons,even a iron.Beach is a 3 min walk,which has a many many bars,bistros etc all along the beach front,supermarket 10 min walk if you walk further up you have a lidle,idle if you are self catering .Everything you need is in walking distance ,wasn't disappointed in all the different places we ate.Number 10 bus can take you into Benidorm which is a 30 mins journey and they are every 6 mins,all in all a lovley clean chilled out place

    Clean, modern and spacious apartement with access to a well maintained garden and pool. Very central, 3-5 min. walk, to the promenade and the stunning blue mediterranean sea. Peaceful and quiet at night
