These guys are outstanding. Not only is it a lovely quiet place but management goes above and beyond. My plane reservation was cancelled at the last minute and they were so helpful. Thank you once again!!!

A little gem not to be missed ??

  20 Sept 2025

We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment was spotless, everything you would need was provided even washing up liquid, dishcloths and toiletries. Very easy check in with a lovely young lady Rhianna who gave us sunbed towels and all the information. Very secure complex, evenings the gates are locked and can be entered by a key code . Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The centre is minutes in a car but we walked a few times and walked back, yes it is a steep walk back but we managed it, not recommended if you have a disability. The owners provide transport to the beach and centre 3 times a day and back again so very convenient if you have no car. Would we return, definitely…. Our view from our room was breathe taking and already planning our return trip. Thank you Albir Hills

  Many happy returns.

As we have visited this small, quiet and peaceful complex quite a few times, I can confidently say that under its more recent management it has been everything we wanted.Tucked away up the hillside in a more residential environment, it commands an excellent vista across the whole bay as far as Calpe.Town and all the shops, restaurants and bars are not too far away, an easy downhill route but a little challenging coming back, but that's why you get the view!Rihanna, Lucas and a small team are always happy and willing to cater to your needs if possible and open to interaction as much or as little as you prefer. The accommodation is not palatial but neat, tidy and clean. There is a bar and essentials can be purchased both in the reception area. On site is a jacuzzi spa and gym/exercise area both under cover and included in your stay. We think it's a little gem even if it's not all bells and whistles, made more special by the people doing their best to make your stay into your best. ALBIR HILLS, General Manager at Albir Hills Apartments, responded to this review Thank you so much for your lovely message and kind words Shaun, it truly means a lot to us. We're so happy to know that you've enjoyed your stays with us and that the peaceful atmosphere, views, and service have met your expectations. We always do our best to make each guest feel welcome and comfortable, so hearing that we've achieved that with you is incredibly rewarding for the whole team.We hope to welcome you back again soon to your little hillside escape ??Warm regards,Rhianna & the team at Albir Hills Apartments

Relaxing holiday with exceptional customer service!

  19 Aug 2024

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! When we arrived they had put the air conditioning already on, with bottled water already in the fridge and toiletries for both me and my husband displayed nicely. It was those little details that meant a lot. The team at Albir Hills kindly whatsapped us on our first day and before our last which I thought was a great way to greet guests and remind us about the check out procedure. We stayed here for two weeks. We didn't rent a car so we did have to walk up and down the hill if we wanted to get to the beach or to the supermarket. For me and my husband we didn't mind the walk and we took rucksacks when we went to the shops. We bought our water and anything we'd forgotten at the mini mart that is onsite at Albir Hills. It was well stocked and the team were really helpful. Plenty of people did get taxis up and down the hill if you don't want to walk, there is a taxi rank opposite Consum supermarket if you wanted to get a taxi after your food shop. Every morning at reception we had a cafe con leche (only €2) and at evening a caña (same price as the coffee!). The staff were always so lovely and chatty, Lucas was brilliant and he recommended some brilliant restaurants (Enrique's and No-Mad were highlights)!. Rhianna was also really helpful and friendly, checking we were enjoying our stay and organising a late checkout on our departure date when we had asked. All of the team were so lovely and we enjoyed the quietness of the area. We could always get a sunbed, the reception is open 10-00-1800 (the bar is open until 2100) and we met a family who had returned here for many years which is a great reflection of the business. We will happily return again next time we visit Albir. Many thanks to all of the staff that made our visit so welcome and valued.
