    Only home after spending 10 days at ambassador playa 1 hotelI have mixed reviews on this hotel Receptionist staff were very helpful very pleasant Hotel lobby areas were very clean to a high standard alway smelt very freshRooms were very clean comfortable beds a good size smart television Bathroom had a fantastic walk in shower which was very powerful alway had plenty of hot water balcony was alway clean the room had everything you need the cleaning staff were alway very pleasant and helpful they do a great jobDinning room breakfast had plenty of choice but everything thing was alway cold you couldn't eat it it was very disappointing Dinner again plenty of choice but everything was cold the meat was alway tough and you couldn't eat it to be honest everything was bland no taste it was awful the waiting staff were very rude never smiling argumental grumpy and you get a feeling that you shouldn't be here shocking service Pool area dirty Sunbeds alot were broken never clean them lack of tables Pool area really need attention Pool bar staff were rude unhelpful except for the guy wearing glass and the girl cooking the food I think they should also have entertainment around the pool Great location I would stay here again but on room only

    Perfect for us. We stayed HB and was impressed by the service and cleanliness. Location was great right by everything but quiet enough to sleep. Food was standard hotel food. 2 blocks from beach. Entertainment nearby, sun sea and sangria, what more do you need? Benidorm does what it says in the tin

    Just returned from a fantastic 5 day stay at ambassador 1 paid for a pool view worth the extra stayed prior to the refurb but must say fantastic job done the food was delicious plenty of choice sweets very varied room made up every day and all staff very courteous pool was cold but its april however still managed a dip as the weather was very kind to us 26 degrees would highly recommend and definetly stay again 5 stars
