Disappointed my friends went last year said was fantastic but were also disappointed this year. No day time entertainment , pool area not clean, food options sparce and sane food every second night and the noise from roomWas terrible every night till 1 am thought the singer was in my roomWas so loud was disappointed and my friends had said year before was so different not sure why it changed

Stayed at this hotel quite a few times since the update so we have seen some areas that are looking a bit neglected on arrival we got our room on first inspection was clean and tidy then we noticed dirty cups of last guest that had not been cleaned just turned upside down the balcony looking dirty this didn't even get cleaned all the week we stayed. The pool areas were not to clean either dirty sunbeds not cleaned as the pool areas are used for evening entertainment and people spilling drinks so a lot of fly activitie all day when sunbathing. The positive is that the food was really good lots of choice for the price of this hotel I think they need to pull there fingers out and get cleaning done in the place picked up by myself apart from that great hotel well situated we will stay again hopefully next visit they will have correct points I've highlighted

Hotel was lovely and very clean, but the staff were very rude and didn't want to help at all. The hotel staff were rude at the reception and at the spa area.

Enjoyed our first time here, so much so we've already rebooked.Booked back rooms which was a blessing as 30 degrees heat made the pool balconies unusable. Would try and get higher rooms tho, 2nnd floor is too close to the riad Food was generally ok, but not all. The desserts are to die for tho.Couldn't fault the staff as they were brilliant, just don't hassle them to get in your room early. Lesson learned. Next year, just clear off until 3 oclock Can't wait to get bck

Fabulous hotel, its on the strip but a great location too. The food, the staff, the rooms, all excellent. Its a all round great hotel. We have just booked again for March.
