  Awful guest and front desk management

  Hotel is in a very convenient location, one of the best hotels when it comes to the proximity to attractions and the Milan centrale station making it a convenient choice if you have an early morning flight. Facilities too are decent, however the hotel staffs are super rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Considering me from Middle East, Ibis standards are completely different atleast for their hotels in Dubai, Riyadh and throughout UAE. The receptionist called me and the way he spoke surprised me. For a moment, I was even doubting if it was genuinely from the hotel as he lacked respect and was demanding. The way he spoke was like - If you want the room, come and take it. Despite I having email communication with their Customer care, he was like - I don’t have any update about what CS have told you and I don’t care. Worst part - he hung up the call on my face while I was talking. I guess the gentleman woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I’m seriously reconsidering to chose Ibis for any of my future trips.

  Slightly disappointed

  After staying at this hotel with my family I was slightly disappointed , our room was rather dated and it felt a big mix match off styles. The door lock did not lock from the inside although no one could get in from the outside if still felt a little exposed. The safe didn't work at all and this is a must for travelling people passports etc. The most annoying thing tho was the lighting , very moody lighting in the room and the bathroom the light was so sporadic it kept going on and off , so you would go in and after 1 min the light would go off and you would be in darkness and have to come out and switch the light on again sometimes this worked and other times it didnt , I ended up having a shower in the dark. The staff weren't overly friendly and the person who checked us is seemed rather snooty, when leaving the manager who I only saw on this occasion said good bye and he seemed very friendly so maybe a few more customer services skill for his staff might help. I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again.

  I hereby to file a formal complaint for my case here.On 30 August 2025, I made a reservation at IBIS Styles Milano Centro. Upon arrival with my bicycle, I was denied check-in on the grounds that bicycles were not permitted in rooms. The hotel informed me of a 24-hour parking facility for bicycles, but in reality, this was false and misleading, as the car park did not open until 07:00 the following morning. Given my early train departure, this made it impossible to use.Despite my presence at the hotel and willingness to check in, the hotel refused service and subsequently charged me EUR 103.55 as a 'no-show' fee. This is both factually incorrect and legally unfounded.Similar to a recent customer with horrible experiences, this is the hotel that anyone should avoid. Unbelievable treatment to customers!

  The rooms were spacious enough for two individuals and maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with fresh bed linens and towels provided. The bathroom’s bathing area was somewhat compact. The location is somewhat remote, so anticipate some walking if utilising public transportation. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, storing our luggage upon our early arrival before check-in time and again during an early checkout when we returned to retrieve our belongings.

  Good location for a reasonable price

  A comfortable hotel 15 min walk from the main station. Room was clean and had a mini fridge and some hanging space. Air conditioner was not working well, but room had a door so we could get cooler air in. We didn’t do breakfast -opted for the smaller cafes around. Also close to a laundrette which wasClean and fast.
