  On arrival no mention or info about going to main hotel to check in £200 depost taken STILL waiting to be refunded dont use the it be your bank patter i have contacted them its been held your end. Lifta a joke 23rd floor only TWO working?! No one check this? Room was ok walls bashed with marks on as will show the front door would not open on arrival had call reception who didnt understand door handle inskde room fell off once finaly gained accsess! Number 22 had exact same issuse with the door mean does anyonce check this before gests arrive the cleaners clearly dont bother passing info on also we had house keeling come in while we were away take towels thay were drying on chairs on balcony and not even give us fresh or anything OR LOCK THE DOOR! I thoight there was no house keeping? And to evem entre while we are not there was money lying around! On check out this was mentioned and your reception lady didnt seem to even care!

  We spent 3 amazing nights here! Such a nice complex. Location is good for the strip but still far enough away from the noise. The hills are tough but because it so high up the views are phenomenal. They put on a free bus to and from the promenade all day. We got taxis from the strip at night. Usually between €5 and €6 so can’t complain. Pool area large and water many different depths up there up to 2m 10cms. Pool bar good and plenty of sunbeds. Our apartment was fantastic. 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a settee if needed. Plenty of storage space in wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower.Kitchen small but well kitted out. Good size fridge and freezer and a cooker. Balcony huge! We had a view of the sea and the mountains. I could have sat all day on it. Sun hits it from afternoon until it sets. Any staff we came across were friendly and helpful.   Hi I can't get through to any of the phone numbers at all. I haven't received my deposit back off £200.   A really enjoyable stay (again)!

  Having stayed at these apartments 5 or 6 times previously I was a little concerned by the 1 star reviews and wondered whether things had suddenly deteriorated. I needn’t have worried.On arrival at the main reception we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Micaela who processed our check in. We paid our deposit, got our key and headed off to our room.On arriving at the apartment lobby three of four lifts were working and we didn’t experience any significant delay in getting to our room. Once we got to our room (19 E) it was spotless in all areas and had everything we needed, clean bedding and towels and plenty of toiletries. The kitchen area was fully stocked with utensils and crockery. (Ignore the creases in the bedding on my photos, I’d left it like that, it’s not how we found it)We stayed 5 nights and have no complaints at all. We used the pool at Benidorm East most days and each time we passed through reception or visited the bar we were greeted with a smile and courteous service. All communal areas were clean and tidy.Check out was swift and our cash deposit was returned to us after a short wait while our room was checked.A really enjoyable stay and once again we would definitely return. (And thank you to Micaela and Katy for encouraging me to continue with trying to speak Spanish as often as I could ?? )Ignore the negative reviews as there are plenty of positives to be had from having a holiday here!   HOT OFF THE PRESS - You need to swerve this hotel - ITS BAD

  Reception and Check-inWhere do I even begin? Let's start at reception, because that was the best part of our stay at Pierre & Vacances Apartamentos Benidorm, and that says it all. Enjoy the air conditioning while you're there, because you won't get much of it anywhere else. We paid our deposit, got our keys, and made the trek to the apartment block. Compared to the main hotel it looked neglected and run-down, and it only got worse from there.LiftsI can't believe I have to write a whole section about lifts, but here we are. By day two I'd gone past angry and was just laughing. Every trip turned into the same conversation with other guests: How long have you been waiting? Did it skip your floor too? The lifts took ages to arrive in both directions, skipped floors, went all the way to the top first, and then turned up at our floor already full, so we had to wait again. When one finally stopped, the doors took forever to open. Getting to and from our room was a chore every single time.RoomsOur first room was filthy. We asked to move, and the second room was less bad, but that's not saying much. It was still nowhere near an acceptable standard. The couch was grim, the curtains had burn marks, the walls were dirty, and under the bed was a disgrace. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in days. The balcony was dirty and felt unsafe. This isn't "a bit tired". It's basic hygiene and maintenance being ignored.BreakfastIf you're hoping breakfast will make up for it, it won't. It was substandard and a miserable start to every day.Check-outThe final insult was check-out. We had to wait while they inspected the room before we could get our deposit back. So the same cleaning staff who couldn't clean the room when we arrived were now judging whether we'd left it clean enough. You couldn't make it up.SummaryThis isn't someone having a moan over nothing. I rarely write reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I felt I had to warn people. Dirty rooms, lifts that don't work properly, poor food, and a deposit process that adds insult to injury.SWERVE THIS HOTEL. Spend your money anywhere else.
