  Absolutely terrible customer service and management

  I booked this property for my elderly parents and spent MONTHS communicating with the hotel in advance because during their previous stay they were placed in a dirty apartment where even the bed linen had not been changed from previous guests.This time, after repeated messages and a direct phone conversation with the manager, I received confirmation that my parents would be given a quiet apartment on the second floor, away from the elevator and entrance.When they arrived, they were placed in exactly the opposite: a ground-floor apartment directly in front of the elevator and next to the main entrance — probably one of the worst locations in the entire building.What is most shocking is not only the terrible management, but the way they try to make the customer feel stupid afterwards, pretending that no agreement ever existed.If you care about professionalism, honesty, basic respect for guests, or proper communication — avoid this place.We will never stay here again.

  We stayed here for a short break.There are a lot of positive things to say about the apartments:1. Alessandro on the reception is very helpful and friendly2. the apartments are situated a stones throw from the seafront and on the edge of the old town3. the shower was amazing and the apartment was very clean, even though some of the furnishings weren't in great condition 4. the apartment was very quiet5. the beds were very comfortable 6. the price was very good.However there are also a few negatives that i think the management need to sort out:a. There was a strong smell of drains that came from the bathroom area and into the whole flatb. There was no plug for the sink in the bathroom which meant my husband couldn't have a shavec. The bedroom in our apartment did not have a window at alld. The flat was dark because it only had one window onto the very narrow alleyway behind. we had to have the lights on all the time e. The flat had no view - just looked at the balcony opposite with washing onThe most important thing to mention is that the reception area is only managed for part of the day and after a certain time of night there is no staff there. our neighbours had a flood from the water tank in their room bursting. we tried many times to call the emergency number we had been given (as did a Spanish person staying there) but nobody answered. luckily my husband managed to stop the water and get the lights working again (they fused during the flood) but it was bad that there was nobody from the company to help or answer the phone calls we made. because of this i dont think i would stay again.

  Hidden gem in Villajoyosa!

  Fabulous apartments in old town , steps from beach and promenade . Spotlessly clean and well equipped.close to all bars, restaurants etc. Staff super helpful . Highly recommend … great value for money .

  We were two couples sharing a two bedroom apartment and another couple in a studio apartment and we were all extremely satisfied with our stay.The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you would need in it to cook should you wish to do so. We didn’t as we were on holiday because there are so many great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is also a washing machine in the apartment handy for those who are travelling light. Our luggage was stored on arrival as we arrived prior to check in time or your keys are left in the lock box if you arrive outside of reception opening hours. I fell during my stay and had to go to hospital and the gentleman on reception was really helpful with information for that and hiring a wheelchair. We asked for a late checkout and this was accommodated at a reasonable €40 but had the apartment not been available there is a shower room for guests use.We all said we would most certainly return here.

  It’s in a Brilliant location. Good size apartment and nice and clean. The bed is very comfy too. There is all you need in the kitchen apart from a kettle - you just have to use a saucepan. The towels are a good size too
