  Our apartment on the 18th floor had a sea view and partial view of Peacock Island. The lifts were slow, the furnishings a bit tatty( a toaster on a chair, a kettle on a microwave) especially the well worn sofa in the lounge. Extra costs for English channels on the TV and use of the safe were pricey. For a quiet location, a short distance from the beach and night life you need look no further. The apts had use of a nice swimming pool but you had to hire loungers (again pricey). All in all average score for a stay in this resort.

  Stayed here for 8 days delighted with apartment central for everything the apartments themselves were spotless very spacious large balcony I would Defoe recommend these to anyone going to benidorm pool and pool area spotless wasn't expecting a bed change as only there 8 days but we got bed change and clean towels all round perfect place to stay

  i booked a apartment through travel republic it was a nightmare arrived after 12 no1 manning the desk spoke to people who told us where to get the keys after going to 3 apartment no keys was told to get a taxi to another apartment 10 Euro there and asked for a 100 Euros deposit then 10 euro for to get back to gemelos 2 when we walked in apartment nothing had been updated since they were built in 1989 plugs off walls or cracked tiles broken in bathroom and kitchen all floors badly marked curtains torn and blankets on beds and in wardrobe some one had used them to wipe there BUM sent emails 1st night got no reply SUNDAY NIGHT get up for loo no electric phone travel republic who said we are booked through another company eventually they contact us we had to wait for 5 hours until a man arrives to fix electric go out come back 4 hours later run a bath there’s no lights on or any plugs in and BOOM all electric goes I have now been told there’s been no earth in fuse box we were told to wait until someone phones back about getting moved out of apartment then 8.pm they say book your self some place for a night and we will pay you as they couldn’t get the man back until the Tuesday to fix electric we do that and then they phone us in the afternoon to say we were to go back to gemelos 2 the electric had been fixed I said I am sorry but I don’t feel safe in the apartment so asked for my money back for the rest of the week that I had paid for and was told I broke my contract the electric box was next to the door which was my only way to escape If there had been a fire i am 13 floors up with a glass balcony so i felt it was unsafe i have been in contact with TRAVEL REPUBLIC since i have been home 10 days now and they said before i received any money back A for my night that I was told to BOOK and B for the 5 nights I wasn’t in the apartment there was no water in the 2 pools and couldn’t find loungers I believe some apartments have been updated but I was told by a resident the apartment 12C owner HAS been informed to update his apartment and has ignored all letters from them to update it I cannot believe TRAVEL REPUBLIC rents this Apartment out and I believe some one is there just now I would never book through them again as they just ignore you and have no interest If you have problems like I did they said they have to speak to the other company before I might get my money back I emailed them and gemelos 2 a week before I arrived on holidays about getting the keys they NEVER got back to me I explained I am disabled and would be very tired after my flight and then drop off so arriving after 12 I really need my bed but emails ignored

  Thease apartments are very handy being based near all ammonites on the calle girona very close to town within walking distance.Great food places and plenty of places to drink around and also just a short walk to the market.Rooms are spacious and airy and also have a nice balcony area.you can see over to the beach.There is a concerge on alot of the day who is friendly and chatty.You collect the keys from the office across the road.staff were very helpful and speak good english

  So after finding hardly any reviews on this place after we were all a bit worried about what it would actually be like. From the moment we walked into the office to pick up our room keys it was perfect. Check in was very very easy, Laura looked after us well. The office is directly opposite the apartments. The location is 5 mins from the beach down one single road, The strip is 5 mins in the opposite direction. Rooms were perfect, 2 beds, 2 sofa beds, separate kitchen, with washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. We were on the 5th Floor and view of the pool was amazing. Security is very polite, it's not 24 hours but he finishes at 2 am so it's all secure, You get given 2 keys 1 for the main gate and one for the room. There was 4 of us that travelled and we were given 4 sets of keys in case anyone wanted to come back early. Would Deffo recommended
