Near to the resort, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment hotel has 80 apartments, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Cheap and cheerful....it's not luxury but it serves a purpose and the staff were excellent and helped us deal with some issues at home by printing stuff out for us that needed signing that day. Breakfast was class and the guys runninG the bar / cafe were lovely. Handy for bars and food and only 10 mins into town. Would stay again !! Good apartment very clean great location pool does not get much sun. Great breakfast. Money owed to us.

Where do I start. .me and my girlfriend arrived on the 15th September. We booked in then was told we had to pau a 200 euro deposit. We paid the fee. On our departure this morning hoping to get our 200 euro deposit back , to our surprise the reception was closed. We had to leave to meet our transfer. This hotel owes us our 200 euro deposit. Been calling the office number for hours. They owe us our deposit. If we don't hear from them we are going to take it further. Not happy. Jaime Sirvent, Director General at Apartamentos Luxmar, responded to this review We’re sorry for the concern this situation may have caused. We’d like to clarify that the €200 is a security deposit placed as a hold, not a final charge.After check-out, the apartment needs to be inspected and, once everything has been confirmed to be in order, the hold is released. Depending on the bank, it may take a few days for the amount to appear as available again in the account.We’re also sorry that reception was closed when you left and that this may have caused some confusion. In any case, the fact that reception is closed does not prevent the deposit from being released once the apartment has been checked.Thank you for your feedback, and we hope this helps clarify the process.

Ive been to this hotel 6 times in last 9 years, it was dated, but always clean and tidy. Went back recently and great to see the place been given such much needed tlc. Rooms have had some work done on it to new tables, beds and wardrobes, even has a coffe pod machine now. The reception area been refurbished, the hotel food options alot better and cheap €6 for a large brekky cant go wrong. Can't beat the location. Lovely holiday

We have just returned home from the Luxmar Appartments and the overall experience was a positive one. The location is fantastic and very near to all amenities. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The cafe on sight is lovely and the food is beautifully cooked and the staff were so friendly. The pool is clean and no issues getting sun beds. Now for the rooms, which some people seem to have a problem with. The type of people who complain about every little thing and sit in their room all day taking pictures of nit picky little things. Instead of enyoying their holiday. The rooms were actually very clean and tidy and well equipped. The beds were comfy and when it got too hot there was a ceiling fan, which did its job. The balcony was spacious and lovely to sit out on in a morning. I had no issue getting my deposit back and I can understand why they take a deposit. We would definitely stay here again.
