Location

The resort is situated in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from Levante beach and a 35-minute walk from the Old Town and Benidorm centre. 100 m away, there are links to the public transport network, which can carry guests to the centre within 10 min. Near to the resort, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 80 apartments, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include medical assistance, room service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested.     Although I didn’t stay at these apartments we did go for breakfast several times and what a fabulous breakfast we had. We selected the large breakfast and was amazed at how good both the service and food was the presentation was amazing in my opinion we eat first of all with our eyes and before we even got stuck in we all thought how delicious it looked and we wasn’t disappointed.We would like to thank Suzy for preparing and cooking our breakfast to perfection and the lovely waitress who served us we would recommend the Luxmar for food we don’t think you would be disappointed please try it for yourself and perhaps you will post a similar review

    Absolute hell hole. Rooms don’t look like they have been cleaned for weeks. Broken tiles all through out the room bathroom filthy. Kitchen cupboards dirty and looked like a dog had been chewing the bottom of them.

    Just got back today from thirst apartment this is my honest review reception staff are helpful and pleasant had no issue checking us in that went smoothly Apartment was ok you had everything you needed yes a bit run down but they are freshening the rooms up yes a bit of drilling but what do you expect when doing the rooms up bedrooms need some more storage not enough for you clothes Bar staff are lovely and do everything they can to make you welcome beer quite strong as we found out lol breakfast was ok bacon was a bit cold (sorry guys) but overall the bar is vey clean and so is the outside but was a nice chilled holiday for us Well done guys hope you go far in you new business

    The deposit amount was ridiculous for the disgrace of an apartment ..my room was full of ants .if u dared put any food on the kitchen table or any place actually in it you'd have 1000s of ants within minutes .a disgrace .arrived to the room no toilet paper went to the reception the man gave me half a rolll until the following day .a glorified hostel avoid avoid

    Hotel was clean and tidy, reception staff was quick and hassle free Lovely bar/restaurant staff couldn't do no more for youBreakfast was bang on each morning12 lads from Cornwall England on a stag do couldn't fault nothing.Pool and area was all clean Highly recommend for the prices
