Location

This single apartment is located in the tourist centre, close to a fine-sand beach (500 metres). The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Convenient public transport links are to be found just 500 m from the hotel as well as the centre of Benidorm, which is within walking distance.

Facility

73 apartments are located on 19 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park (for a fee).

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A shower and a bathtub are included the bathrooms. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis and a gym.

    Was worried reading some of the reviews but positive here! The apartments are lovely and spacious and have all you need for self catering. Very modern too and clean with huge balcony. Can get a bit noisy sometimes but that's just these kinda of apartments in general no fault of the hotel. Pool area lovely not sure what the negative reviews are. It's just a small pool with a few sunbeds nothing fancy but fine for sunbathing and chilling. Location is great walk to strip in 5 mins but also walk to old town in 10. Only tiny gripe is busy main road (can't be helped) and don't run out of toilet roll as they charge you a euro for another 😂 have to strip bed and take own rubbish out to get deposit back which is fine and we always leave our rooms clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!     Good clean apartments and value for money

    Well priced apartments in a fairly central location. There is a slight hill upto the apartments but it wasn't bad and wouldn't say it was a struggle as in other reviews. 200 euro deposit, which went straight back on my card. They didn't even check my room but I always leave accommodation spotless anyway. Only issue was been asked why I haven't checked out a couple of days before my departure day, but it was a genuine mistake and no problem.     Rooms are fine you just have to empty your rubbish and strip your beds at the end of your stay to make sure you get your 200 euros deposit back...dont believe the reviews that the staff are rude as we found them very polite and helpful..     PLEASE AVOID. Do not waste your money. No matter how much of a budget you’ve got, avoid!!!! Especially if you are English or a group of young girls!! I have never felt so unsafe. The staff are HORRIBLE, constantly slag you off (not realising that people can speak Spanish!) say they hate the English, calling us slurs and all sorts!!A male member of staff said he’d need to search my room when I asked for some more toilet paper!Make you take the rubbish out to the bins around the back of the hotels!     We stayed here 27th Dec - 3rd Jan (for NYE) for 1 week. Before arriving we read the reviews and were really worried about staying here to the point we were going to change hotels. When we arrived, the guy on the desk was friendly and checked us in as quick as he could, it did take a little while but there was 8 of us. We paid €200 deposit per room which would be refunded on checkout. We were given a receipt and also a sheet with terms and conditions which were fair (keep apartment clean, remove rubbish and take bedding off etc) Rooms were basic but a lot better than we expected. They were clean which is alls we ask for. Beds were comfy and we had a huge balcony. Shower was powerful and towels/toilet paper was changed mid week through the stay. On checkout, we ensured everything was ok in the apartment and went down to reception in plenty of time so they could refund the deposit. They went to check our rooms and then refunded the deposit there and then. Our friends paid via credit card and the money went straight back into their account within seconds. We paid via debit card so took around 8 days to go back in. Overall really good stay and would definitely stay here again.
