    Writing this as we are due to leave and we are very sad to be leaving. 5 ladies for birthday celebrations.This aparthotel is amazing!! You wont be disappointed honestly as soon as soon as we arrived we was greated by the most wonderful lady kirsty at reception she managed to get our 2 rooms together on the 11th floor which was so nice of her to do.she is so nice and friendly by far the best staff in here!! Goes above and beyond for you. Bcl levante beach is a 5 minute walk to the beach we found a lovely little English pub for breakfast every morning called the queen mary if you turn left out of bcl over the road its there. Rachael and her husband are lovely people nice breakfast and brunch and reasonable prices too. Lovely rooms at bcl levante beach had everything in the room which is perfect for self catering. We enjoyed our stay here and made a friend with kirsty ?? we look forward to staying here again very soon. Thank you for our beautiful stay. Lots of love from the scouse girls

    Lovely apartments in Benidorm. The staff Julian, Kirsty, Paul & Naomi were so lovely & nothing was too much trouble for them. We all had a great stay here. Lovely rooms & such a welcoming atmosphere we would return.More

    Just come back from here it was our 3rd time coming,what can I say it is fantastic place so clean and friendly,a very big shout out to Kirsty she made our holiday she is so lovely and friendly,also Julian a really friendly person and always smiling,we had a great time and we will be back next year. The only thing that would make it better would be when your getting in the pool it would be safer if it had a bar to hold getting in.     Another fantastic stay in this accommodation. Lovely clean room with lovely views of the sea and mountains and very friendly helpful staff. This is our second visit this time we had a later flight but used the facilities and the facilities across the road for showering and had an extra day in the sun. Note if you act like a fool then the general manager tolerates no nonsense making a nice chilled and peaceful environment for all.     Location - GreatHotel- clean overall - does not serve any food. All they have is a vending machine, freezer with ice creams and Pringles stand. Apartment- on arrival wasn’t ready was told to come back at 3pm. Upon coming back it was ready.. but my daughter found some boxers left in the wardrobe .. and chewing gum on the sheet. Tried to close bedroom door and the handle fell off. Showers very powerful so much that the bathroom floods - be careful. The double bedroom is tiny.. yet the two singles bedroom was bigger and had a tv, also lead onto the balcony. Rooms felt a-bit backwards as my 2 teens couldn’t share the double bed and me and my hubby only just fit init. Atmosphere - quiet, a good variety of age groups but quiet.The pool & side - the reception man who works there quite an older man with glasses is a kill joy he would come out shouting at anyone… Nobody was aloud to play ball in the pool, older people was not aloud to cannon ball into the pool/dive in- witnessed this a few times and there was no1 else in the pool to affect! Those seen doing this were told off/ told to go over the road! You are not aloud to eat any food around the pool - this has to be done in your room only or off the premises. Very strange and a let down to the hotel. The sun doesn’t always hit all areas of the pool side its quite enclosed from the other high buildings. When we heard the man shouting if you want to play ball go over the road we then found out we could use the facilities across the road- a bigger pool area, music playing, full pool side bar, life guard and some snacks/pastry food bits at reception (no1 told us this upon arrival). Overall i would say this is a great stay for 3/4days and i would return.. just those few small points that let the hotel down.
