    Silvia helped make our experience here even better! We were here with a group of friends for 3 nights, and our time (recovery time) at the pool was made so much more enjoyable with the games/music on offer. She was great fun and very welcoming, along with her co-worker Anna.Overall very happy with our stay!We aim to come back again!Many thanks, from William😀

    The hotel was excellent and the rooms were very good, unfortunately the four of us all suffered with mosquito bites in our room so bad that we had to go to levante urgencies for treatment. Room D2.Have stayed her twice before with no problems.     Although the hotel is only 2 star i have given 5* for the friendly and helpful service from staff, cleanliness of the hotel, (including the lovely pool area,) and room amenities. This was a bargain break booked vía booking.com and, to be honest, at 2* and with reviews i’d read, i was not expecting much but i was super impressed. The room was spotless and had been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Hotel location was spot on, a short walk to beach and strip and about 25 minutes from the old town. We ate out but you could have cooked a small meal and estén in the hotel room to save cash. Only issue was we couldn’t get the safe to work which is always a bit of a worry & the bathroom did leak a bit but o towel on the floor helped to solve it. A big shout out to James on reception who was super helpful! & friendly throughout our stay. I would recommend and would book again.     The entertainment around the swimming pool always had a smile on their face. Made my holiday I will definitely come back to the hotel.
