The apartments are situated in a quiet area of Benidorm, 700 m from old town and the tourist centre. The Levante beach is 900 m away, 15 minutes' walk and nearby there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest golf course is 5 km away.

72 apartments are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. 3rd time here, good, clean apartments. Great location. Excellent, friendly staff. Would like to give a special mention to Leanne. Friendly, helpful goes above and beyond. Will definitely return.

Cracking big apartments.supermarket around the corner and 24 hour shop at bottom of the hill

Just back from staying at la era for 4 days.stayed many times and never had any problems.apartment clean and has everything you need.all staff very nice and pleasant and its ideally situated for old and new town.

What a lovely experience. Budget apartment but definitely says what it is on the can grounds kept clean.Room spacious clean bathroom and kitchen really clean towels supplied also clean bedding super clean balcony hugh.Very close to old town Reception staff helpfulCould not fault this apartment

A lovely clean and efficient apartments.we were thereon 1st feb 26 for 10 days and can not find a fault anywhere or at any time.We were on 8th with a lovely view of sea and the area.Rooms were very clean and modern,not 5* but a good 3*.beds were comfy and staff very nice.would we go back,yes.in fact already booked for nov 24th.[CAN WE HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT PLEASE.The christmas lights are far better here than at home.set in a lovely area between old and new.thanks.
