  Just returned from La Era park. Absolutely amazing. From the kindness and approachabilityof the staff, to the cleanliness of the room. We upgraded to a superior room on arrival. We were a bit apprehensive as we're told that it was used for hens and stags. But honestly the only noise we heard was the scraping if the balcony chairs moving which is normal in all hotels. We will definitely be returning there. One of the best.

  Nice basic apart hotel situated between Old & New Town up slight hill. Decent size apartment with nice size balcony and shower. Needs a bit of maintenance/TLC around kitchen/windows etc. Freezer needed defrosting. Microwave missing feet & plug cord wouldn’t reach socket unless moved to table. jet 2 Vibe meant it was very noisy round pool in afternoon. Bar staff lovely. Bar gets busy when pool area busy. Good value for money.

  Stayed at the La Era Park Apartments for 2 nights- September 3rd-4th - the location of the apartments is very good- near to the old town and quiet at night.Check in on the 3rd was prompt and very friendly by the lady on reception,The apartments are of a good size - a little dated but clean - need a little TLC in places - the balcony was great - good size with a nice view,The pool area is nice - good size with plenty of beds , bar at hand with great prices for food and drink.Overall i would recommend the apartments due to location- cleanliness - apartment size- nice pool and very nice and friendly staff all round.

  Great hotel for the price and location

  We had a week here 28th-4 September it was very good for what is classed as a 2* I would say 3 all day long clean &tiday yes a little dated on the furniture ect but it was a great deal the pool is ok and there seems to be enough sunbeds for all pool opens 10 I think the aircon is great and needed and also free !! Location is 10/10 your a 5 min walk from loads of restaurants and bars been old town it’s so much nicer and quite compared to new town/strip it’s a 24 min walk for us to new town were we walked one night to see a show in Morgan’s saw Michael Jackson he was excellent lots of great acts we were there early our 13 year old got in no probs no Id required we didn’t stay to long and got back to old town as the strip can get crazy as expected the water park is not far we jumped in to a taxi €9 e/w well worth it we also did a snorkelling trip that was £100 pound for two hours for three people also if you head out of the hotel down to the right another part of old town there are lots of shops and restaurants we loved it and our 1st time in Benidorm 100% would come back to Benidorm and also the hotel it’s not the best my at all but for the price and location it won’t be beaten that’s forsure only down side is if the neighbours in the hotel are noisy either next to you or above you you will hear the chairs tables been scraped along the floor early morning but hey for the price and also if your just sleeping there like we did and are out all day night it’s great hotel prices are good beer is £2.80 vino same all in all loved Benidorm so much better than we thought this location is fab also did the market on a wed was ok lots of stalls all the same after a while but some good bargains

  Disappointing stay — basic doesn’t even begin to describe it.The “apartment” was, quite frankly, woeful. The beds were one up from camp beds — and I absolutely hate camping, so imagine my delight. The food was mediocre at best, while the pool was probably the highlight, although “okay” is hardly a glowing endorsement.It was my first time booking a package holiday, and at the price I paid, I expected more. Needless to say, it will be my last.On the last day, Friday afternoon, an extremely drunk mother decided to bully my nieces, who had come to visit me at the hotel, completely unprovoked. Not exactly the kind of holiday entertainment anyone orders.And if that wasn’t enough, the venue then provided some additional entertainment, courtesy of a stag party causing trouble around the pool. Bar staff seemed more than happy to continue serving people who were visibly intoxicated — some so drunk they could barely walk, never mind speak.Overall, it was an unforgettable stay — just not for any of the right reasons. If this is intended to be family-friendly accommodation, the rooms are in desperate need of some updating. They were tired and dated.If it’s intended to cater primarily for stag and hen groups, then perhaps that’s a different story. But trying to be both doesn’t seem to work.Not to be an outright negative Nelly, I’ll add one positive comment: the location was great, just a short walk from the Old Town and the port.Would I return? I’d rather take up camping.
