Location

The resort is situated in a quiet area of Benidorm, a 12-minute walk from Levante beach and a 25-minute walk from the centre and the Old Town. Nearby, guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 160 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 2 outdoor and indoor pools. Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam and a solarium. Subject to charge: a steam bath. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The apartment hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Great short break at a great hotel

    My wife and I stayed at Aparthotel Terralta on the 2nd may 2026 for 5 nights. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem no matter what the situation. We found all the staff to be so friendly and helpful. We were B&B and ate at the pool bar most days. The food was amazing. Goats cheese salad. Chicken BLT. Cheesy chips all fantastic and well priced. Drink prices aren’t too bad either. We booked in the restaurant on one night. €16 each that includes drinks and full buffet. Food was excellent with a great selection. The pool area was always clean. The pool itself was very large with great slides for the kids if you have them. At first we found the rooms to be basic compared to what we were used to but they are big clean and everything you need. We would definitely come back again. My wife was concerned about the walk from the hotel to the old town as this was called “cardiac hill” we didn’t have any issues at all with the walk to and from the hotel about 15 minutes to the old town and 20 minutes back to the hotel (after a few sips in the old town bars) Bit steep the last bit but nothing too bad. (We’re both in our 50s and the wife has slight walking issues and still managed no problem up and down every evening.

    Location about 40 mins downhill to beach front, pleasant enough, walk back a killer! Hotel really nice, rooms large and clean, staff very helpful. Buffet type food excellent in restaurant. Different choices each night, lots of variety and beer/wine included. €16 each, fab value.

    This is our 3rd stay and only have good things to say about it. The breakfasts are really nice, plenty of choice and decided this time to include evening meals and was not disappointed. I am a very fussy eater but have eaten so well every night. Spent long peaceful hours on the sun terrace and enjoyed child free swimming in the indoor pool.The staff are friendly and helpful and the housekeeping is to a high standard.

    Can't believe after nearly 17 years and going back how much this place hasn't changed, it's still as welcoming and lovely as ever. All staff are amazing, pool, rooms and facilities excellent, no faults at all. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast a couple of times along with the bar food of a daytime, great value. Enjoyed the stroll down to Dove Park for evening meals and drinks in the old town and taxi back no more than 7 euros. Looking forward to next visit but not leaving it as long this time
