It is set next to two golf courses and to the Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura natural parks. The city of Benidorm and the nearest sandy beaches are only at 3 km away, Campomanes Marina is 10 minutes' drive and Alicante Airport is around 1h from the hotel.

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. By the pools heaven….

There is a lot to love about this place.In terms of the pool areas, water falls, grounds and outdoor bar-restaurant area’s these are unique and world class. We were staying while one large tour group was there and just before an other group came, the hotel was very full but the amount of outdoor space we had to ourselves was amazing.The staff are also really lovely and clearly there is a big focus and making guests happy.Big shoutout to guest relations staff member Noa. She would be an asset in any organisation and has a personality that stays with you. Thank you Noa for the laughs and the kindness.The superior deluxe room we shared was beautifully laid out, great seize and fantastic bathroom. The bed was comfortable but it was two single beds pushed together with two separate mattresses with a large topper on top. It was comfortable but at this price point ,the bed and bedding are not at the same standard as the rest of the room itself.The only real let down for me was the food. Breakfast offerings are fair and decent enough, we had dinner at both the asian fusion and bar venue. Elements of some of the dishes were really great but overall there was a lot that was mediocre at best and very overpriced.We will go back to Asia Gardens, we loved being there. This was our opinion with hope it helps others decide and improvements made. Hope you will have us back:)

Anniversary Celebration

Booked a weekend break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arrived and decided to have dinner at the Bonsai bar ordered a steak and Salmon. Salmon was dry and the steak was over well done and very dry after ordering it medium to medium rare. When I complained and thought they were replacing it, they didn’t and just left us waiting. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing so far. We had a 4.5-hour wait for our room and weren’t allowed in until 4:30pm, which is a terrible start to a holiday. There also seemed to be very few staff around to help, and the hotel feels noticeably overbooked.There are a lot of rules and restrictions, which makes it difficult to properly relax. We booked half board expecting some choice, but it is actually limited to just one restaurant, which was very disappointing.The adults-only pool is also tiny, with no nearby toilets and not enough sun loungers, so even that area doesn’t offer the relaxing experience you would expect.Overall, the hotel feels overcrowded, restrictive and poorly organised.
