We booked BC as our hotel for our first international series of events for our brand DELTA. THE ONLY hotel to allow us to use their pool for our brands pool party! From start to finish we were all treated like royalty! The rooms were clean to a high standard, we had no complaints of cleanliness. The buffet even though not to all tastes I ate 3 meals a day and snacks! All beautifully prepared and loads of choice! A whole freezer of ice cream and fridge of yogurts. As well as all inclusive drinks from 11-8pm. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful solving any problems with no issues. Management went above and beyond although they didn’t have to and we were treated like royalty! Food brought to the pool area for our events at no extra cost. Accomodated for us after a mishap with our beach party. Pools were clean and we always had a sunbed. I cannot and have not got a bad word to say about this hotel and would like to thank them very much for their out of this world hospitality! Rooms were clean. Shower wasn’t fixed to the wall so that was a pain to shower. Lad on the pool bar was rude. Tunes blaring on a Sunday while you’re trying to eat was horrible. But apart from them negatives the bed was okay everything in the room was okay. Food was good. Drink was good quality and all the staff were friendly. If you want a stag or hen do this place is sound. Location to the strip is good and the atmosphere around the hotel was fine too security always knocking about. For 275 I’m quite happy with what we received. I dont think words can describe how awful this place it. Pictures Can Hide a Million Things

Booked our 4 night stay through Love Holidays for 11 people.Two of us arrived at the hotel 5 hours before the other 9 guests, they were all inclusive we were self-catering.We checked in at reception which was quick, €50 refundable deposit was required which was fine.Enquired about hiring a towel for the pool which we were told was €15 refundable deposit plus €2 for cleaning which again was fine.Our room was on the 5th floor a standard room.There were 3 lifts one had new doors but was not operational, the glass lift was intermittent & the other lift always stopped on the 4th floor the doors would attempt to open & jam, you had to press the buttons for the lift to continue up or down.Our room was basic & very tired looking, the windows were dirty and grubby looking. The room has not been decorated or maintained for years.The walls, radiator were dirty & grubby, the bathroom tiles were cracked, dirty & grubby, the bath silicone sealant was either missing or mouldy.The electrical sockets by the fridge was loose & dangerous.Positive feedback the beds were clean & tidy and the towels were changed every day.The swimming pool water was murky & dirty looking and i never seen anyone cleaning the pool.There was only deck chairs for use which were uncomfortable after a while, you could hire double beds for €170 plus.The pictures on the hotel website & Love Holidays website do not match what it looks like in reality.A hotel that i can promise I will never visit again In my lifetime.
