Location

This hotel is situated just 100 metres from Levante beach and 10 minutes’ walking distance from the old town and Benidorm city centre, where guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants. In front of the hotel there are links to the public transport network.

Facility

The hotel has 26 apartments and 28 studios, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 2 outdoor and indoor pools. Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, bocce and golf are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and callisthenics. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and a solarium. A sauna is among the facilities available for an extra fee. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Just stayed at the Belroy for two weeks and cannot fault it. When we first arrived and checked in Jessica was the member of staff who greeted us and she was very welcoming straight away. She helped us to our room and gave us a tour as it was our first time staying here. The room was clean and spacious and the view was amazing. We had three people staying in an apartment and there was more than enough room. The hotel is close to the beach so not a far walk and accessible to shops, restaurants and bars and close to the strip but not so close that it was noisy. The pool area was also great multiple areas to sit from and the pool was a good size that it didn't feel to crowded. We had breakfast included and it was good different options available. The staff were always happy to help when we needed something. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.     First day work going on from 8am, but when I complained, they gave us a new room, which was fine untill we were on the balcony one night, and some random person was able to access our room with a different key card, when i complained, the manager more or less said i hadn't closed the door correctly, but I did as i always check, plus they are fire doors so they close properly anyway, wasn't dealt with properly at all, she just didn't care Anouk Petit, Director General at Climia Belroy, responded to this review Dear Mal,We sincerely regret the concern that this situation may have caused you during your stay.Our manager personally took charge of handling your incident, carrying out all possible checks in order to clarify what had happened and to resolve the matter in the most appropriate way. In addition, the case was referred to the technical service responsible for the locking system.For all these reasons, we consider that the actions taken and the procedures followed were appropriate at all times, with a clear commitment to addressing your complaint with the utmost diligence and professionalism.     We stayed here at the start of march - from the beginning the staff were fantastic and really nice.
