Location

This hotel is situated in a residential area of Benidorm, only 200 m metres from Poniente beach and the Old Town. Surrounding the hotel are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport departs from stops located close to the hotel, only about 50 m away. Alicante airport is 60 km away.

Facility

8 single rooms and 82 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Stayed at hotel brasil with my mother and baby. One of the reception men very friendly and helpful. Got travel cot and kettle for our room, It was a nice hotel, basic hotel nothing fancy and nothing shabby. Rooms were clean, fridge didn’t work as we had a baby and needed his food to be cold. House maid was very friendly. People were very friendly. Catered to Spanish guests which we liked. It was nice meeting new people. Down side , No baby facilities at all. The hotel is located on a hill so definitely wouldn’t stay here again with suitcases and a buggy. For anyone travelling the bus drops you off at hotel montemar and it is an uphill walk. But it was ok. Wouldn’t suit families with kids or disability. I would recommend Uber taxi. Breakfast was nice variety of food however it was the same thing each day. Lift was extremely slow and very small. Steps into the hotel and no path way which meant had to carry pram up and down steps. Right beside police station, felt sense of safety. However only around 10-15 walk into the old town down hill and very near the poniente beach. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers looking a cheap stay with your basic needs. But families or people with disability’s definitely not.

    Spent 3 nights here and was very impressed. It’s down a side street so don’t expect any kind of view ( mine was the police station ), but I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The interior is modern by design, and the whole hotel is spotless . Rooms cleaned daily , towels changed etc . No tea or coffee facilities in room ( us British do like a kettle !)Pool area is small , sun in afternoon. Breakfast was ok , usual buffet food , but toasters that toast with only 1 go !! I found the fruit juice to be way too sweet.Staff friendly , hotel immaculate beds comfy with an amazing shower . I’d fully recommend this hotel .Just be prepared, hotel transfer from airport is about a 7 minute walk as you are dropped off on the sea front , not at the hotel as streets too narrow.     Nice quiet location/ hidden gem

    Staff very welcoming and friendly. Short walk down hill to poniente beach and 10 walk into old town. 20-30 minute walk to levante beach. Had a single room which was quite small but had everything needed and was spotlessly clean. Pool is small and only gets sun in the afternoon, but a pleasant area to relax . Breakfast very nice- usual buffet format. Would return again as location great, spotless and friendly staff.     Great little hotel. Right opposite the police station. We had a pool view room on floor 2.Room was clean and tidy. There was shampoo and shower gel in the room, so no need to bring any if no room in your cases. Breakfast was ok, lots of meat & cheese. Fresh bread and juice and hot drink.There was fried eggs each morning There was beans and mushrooms each morning, but don’t expect a full English. There was plenty to fill up on at breakfast.     great hotel close to the old town poniente side ten mins walk to the beach hotel its self is lovely and all the staff are great i had a single room very clean but all the hotel is very clean mainly spanish so the food and entertainment is geared that way but no problem to me great pool and bar spaces because its in a slightly more residential area there are no views but its fairly quiet around here there are a few local bars restaurants and little squares i got dropped of by the yellow submarine so wall towards the old town a little and take the road by the taxi rank on the left and walk up the road to pescados flores and go down the road opposite you can see the purple sign for the hotel police station opposite to walk to levante beach is about 15 and the strip is about 20 mins walk there was some realy nice people staying there both Spanish and English i enjoyed the food bar was great would i return i thik yes there was solo travellers couples and families im aged 67 but never felt out of it Calidad Alameda, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Brasil, responded to this review Dear annshaunwestmids,Thank you so much for your fabulous review!
