  Booked specifically because of 24hrs reception, no chasing about late at night for keys here. Our Ryanair flight arrived on time into Alicante but after collecting our rental car we didnt arrive until 12.30am. No problem Joaquin on reception was very welcoming and explained in depth we needed to pay 300euros security deposit for our two rooms (not made clear by our holiday provider) . Wifi available in each room at a further cost of 25euros, televisions available in each room for a further cost of 20euros. Rooms were roomy and spotlessly clean, well equipped , but only twin bed options throughout the accomadation. Our twin boys of 13 found the indoor pool fairly small but warm in February and loved the super warm jacuzzi all at no extra charge. outdoor pool not available until April . Indoor pools at budget hotels are rare in Spain but this was a properly constructed facility and an excellent feature. Located at least 20mins walk from the levante beach, the hotel nevertheless is minutes from supermarkets, bars, all types of eateries etc.. Overall we found the hotel an excellent property for the money and would recommend it. We did not eat at the property and cannot comment .

  It is a great place for a week away to Benidorm has all you need to self cater, the apartment was clean reasonably well appointed with a decent fridge freezer and relatively spacious with a good sized balcony to accommodate at least half a dozen people for an al fresco moment. The heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi is a bonus, we visited in February 2020 and the gardens and sun terrace were open but the outdoor pools closed till later this spring (we were blessed with lovely sunshine the whole week) . My attitude is a bed is just a bed something you sleep in as long as it is clean and comfortable and it for sure is that . This is the second visit here and will def return in the future god permitting. This is not a hotel! It’s an ex hotel which is now apartments do not expect hotel service !

  was not the RITZ but apartment was spotless area was perfect did not cook in it but all the gear was there for it could not stay at home for the price will deffo be back thank you buenavista was there 17 january weather was perfect

  Booked a short 1 week break for my wife's birthday . boy what a surprise .this place is superb absolutely spotless ,and a huge apartment on the 6th floor with great views.For the price we paid it could not be better. I Will definitely recommend it to all. forgot to mention heated pool and jacuzzi.

  We booked this apartment before reading the reviews and once we had seen this page we were quite anxious for our break away to say the least. Firstly, the location is superb. There is a large park for children about two minutes walk away at the end of the road, the benidorm palace is five minutes away and there are two large supermarkets across the road. It is peaceful and quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of benidorm centre, but it was still easy enough to walk to if you fancied venturing into the centre or the seafront. Some reception staff were much more friendly than others, but nobody was particularly unpleasant and they left us to enjoy our holiday. I was not told about a €150 deposit at the time of booking which I didn't think was very acceptable, however after reading the reviews on here luckily I was prepared for check in. A pre-authorisation was taken from our card and it was cancelled at the end of our trip on check out with no issues. The apartment itself was large and spacious, wasn't the most dated i've ever seen but also wasn't modern in any means but it had everything we needed. The shower was superb and very powerful with endless amounts of hot water and was over a bathtub. Yes, you are only provided with one toilet roll for your stay, if you need any more then there is a supermarket where you can pick some up for a couple of euro's - not the end of the world. The kitchen had a good sized cooker and fridge freezer so perfect if you wanted to make meals however we didn't use the kitchen as we ate out every night and during the day on our travels around benidorm. One downside was the old fashioned kettle, I didnt have one brew in the apartment because I couldn't be bothered faffing with the kettle every time I wanted a drink. In the living/dining room there was a table and four chairs, a very comfy sofa which was perfect for a siesta and a flatscreen tv. We didn't pay for a remote and were never offered one, there were buttons on the side of the telly to change channels and switch off so wasn't a problem at all for us, lots of english channels too. Very large balcony with a clothes drying rack and chairs etc. Beds were comfortable, very basic but I slept very well, and the blackout curtains in the bedroom made for a very good nights sleep. Extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if you need them. Bedding was clean and changed on arrival. The apartment was warm and heating worked well. Another downside was that the apartment floors were not cleaned and could have done with a good mop, I checked under the bed on checkout to make sure we had all of our belongings and was gobsmacked at the amount of dust that had gathered underneath and saw some sweet wrappers that had not been cleaned - not very pleasant. We had a late flight back to the UK and didn't fancy trailing around benidorm all day before a long journey so I paid €20 for late check out with no issues and we were allowed to keep the room all day which i'm glad we did, was well worth the little bit extra for a siesta and hot shower and a base to come back to if you have a late flight. The jacuzzi and indoor pool were quiet when we went in, they were warm and a nice added extra to our stay. Cannot comment on the outdoor spaces as it was out of season when we stayed here. Did not use the restaurant in the hotel as when we went down in search of breakfast it appeared to be closed and nobody was around so we ate out instead. All in all, it was fantastic value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
