This attractive hotel is centrally located directly beside a beautiful sandy beach. In a number of minutes guests will reach an array of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as public transport, which is only 50 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 146 rooms, including suites, 24 single rooms and 121 double rooms, which are located on 13 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.     Haven’t stayed at the hotel but have visited the outdoor pool bar many times . They make the best Sangria in Benidorm, made properly from scratch in front it you not from a pump or ready made watery stuff . On this visit served by a lovely , friendly lady with blonde hair . Sangria made perfectly and were offfered nibbles. She remained very calm despite there being a very large , noisy crowd of young men in the pool bar drinking, swearing and singing . I was surprised that the management had not asked them to leave as they were disturbing the whole bar/pool area . The Cimbel is usually a haven of peace and relaxation . Felt very sorry for the lady as she was coping with it all on her own . Will return for sangria on our next visit at Christmas

    Hotel Cimbel.."Shines on the beach".This beautifully appointed hotel glimmers next to the Beach. Great location on Levante Beach. Easy access to the entire resort of benidorm.We had room 104 (luxuryPool).Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool.Full bathroom with a double sink.Spacious shower etc. Water is always hot. Maid service daily.It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed. The food is well presented with a huge choice.The bar area can be cosy for drinks and also a great area for local acts. All staff are friendly and smileyAn easy comfortable hotel to come and relax and explore benidorm from.Highly recommended.

    Great Christmas buffet

    Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach. Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment. Car park was secure and easy to access the hotel from, Shame they did not have a gym area. All good, apart from it being the wettest and coldest Christmas day in Benidorm for 100 years! Found all the staff really attentive if not a bit understaffed in the bar area. Would recommend

    Visited the Hotel Cimbel Benidorm in November for the fiesta. From the moment we stepped in to the reception area I knew the hotel would be a grt holiday. It was very clean & looked a lot newer than its age . Our room was spacious & the balcony had an amazing view of the beach . The bathroom was large with a shower . The restaurant was fantastic too with plenty of tables & the food was top notch also. Highly recommended 5 star hotel.

    Nice place and good service.but food was cold. And staffing needs more English talking cost was ok . Will come back again don't think so
