English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Underground parking a shambles

A very nice hotel right on the beach . The rooms compact but ok for a short stay.Parking was a complete mess. Had booked an underground parking space and given a bay then found another vehicle in my space, they tried to give me other spaces but couldn’t park in them no space to turn. Must have this problem all the time as some modern vehicles are bigger and the hotel wouldn’t know that, so they are allocated a space which doesn’t fit

This was my first stay at this hotel, though I visit Benidorm every year. I am in my 70s, and I must say it was the best hotel room I have ever stayed at. It was also the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever had, but you get what you pay for. The room was spacious, modern with all the mod cons, including free safe, fridge of free drinks, and tea/coffee making facilities. Then on the enormous balcony (which gets the sun all day), there’s two sun beds, two chairs and a table, and amazingly a dip pool. The view from the room of the promenade, beach, and sea, is fantastic, and the hotel is perfectly positioned in Benidorm for all its facilities. It is very much a Spanish hotel for the Spaniards, but there were a few English people there and they made us very welcome. There were a few minor problems, eg the dinner starts late at 8pm, and apart from the lovely hot soups, most of the “hot” food is cold. The main problem, especially for newbies like us, was that there was so little information offered eg the times of the meals, WiFi code, how to get a porter, or room service, whether the drinks in the fridge are free, the time the room has to be vacated, etc, etc. Most hotels have this information in a little booklet in the hotel room, but this hotel does not. Also, the dip pool was a tad dirty with sand, leaves, and peoples’ sweat in it, although the main pool was cleaned and checked every day, the was no sign that the dip pool had any such attention.

The Location of this Hotel is superb, the room was a little small as only had city view ( no where to dry clothing), very clean areas.The only two issues were the Pool towel man is a jobs worth, he explained that if we are leaving the bed to go to the beach take your towel ( fair enough), but one morning we put our Towels on the bed and went to got o Breakfast ( in the Hotel) to be told move them or i will in 10 mins. REALLY i don't think so when others have reserved beds withs hats, and towels and not come back for at lest Two hours, A LITTLE DOUBLE STANDARD IF YOU ASK ME.Then there is the Jacuzzi, myself and my friend both wore our Bracelets into this ( which we have worn previously into the Pool), and it stripped all metal from this, the Hotel will not take responsibility for this as they are trying to say the same chemical is used in both places, maybe it is but it was a total different strength as our bodies stunk of Chlorine, as it was far too strong.So please be warned DO NOT WEAR ANY JEWELLERY INTO THE POOL OR JACUZZI, or you will be out of pocket ????????Shout out to Susan who was trying to help with the Situation ( nice Lady)

We stayed in an Urban City View room for 4 nights. We knew it would have no balcony and that it was small, as the website explains and shows this. The room was perfect for 4 nights. Not too small, however for a longer stay I would want more space. However, for the price this is a bargain. The room for 4 nights at this beautiful beachfront hotel cost less than at other bog-standard 'British' hotels. We never spend time sitting on a balcony so why pay extra for one?! The pool area was beautiful and there was no problem getting sunbeds throughout the day. The pool bar area was lovely and they sold decent wine!
