  They don't care about their guests

  Strange hotel. Room is alright, with the benefits of a (very very) small kitchen.Bed is good.Bathroom is small and old, not very inviting.Staff are not polite and almost rude, treating guests like they bother them.Breakfast is very weak.Overall, not recommended at all.

  The location is great, not right in the deep mix of Mendoza but just on the outskirts. Walking distance to baby restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy uber or taxi pick ups. Front desk absolutely amazing and helpful. We had to check in very late because our flight was delayed and it was no problem at all. We were only going to stay the one night, due to our late night check in I asked if we could check out late in the morning. They said no problem and were willing to let us stay until 1pm if needed. After seeing our room, and the grounds, we booked the rest of our stay in Mendoza at this hotel. 3 more nights. When I looked at the price i was a little scared, but wow! Absolutely unreal what the price per night is. The breakfast is a typical continental, which is great! Best coffee in Argentina so far! Pool is nice, perfect temp and great for the kids. Absolutely so impressed with the whole stay!

  Beware of unethical practices

  Reserved a room for 3 on expedia with pay later feature. We tried to check in, they wanted to charge us an add'l $20 USD p/person p/night because they claimed we reserved it for one person. They also wanted to up charge us for using a credit card, doubling the cost of the reservation! We canceled with a penalty of $68, but they charged $89. Soltigua Apart, Director General at Soltigua Apart Hotel Mendoza, responded to this review Dear Jennifer,Thanks for your choice.As we have explain before, you can verify the information in your reservation about policies of modifications and extra cost. Unfortunately the modification requested on Front Desk has an extra cost. You can also verify the cost of cancellation in your reservation, we can only charge what you reserved.We regret that a misinterpretation on your reservation has affected our services, given that the voucher indicates the reservation conditions you have made.If you need futher information please let us know.Kind regards

  The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juice, medialunas, a variety of breads, cereal, and excellent coffee.I like the size of the apartment and the bed was comfortable.   Lots of Room, Inexpensive, Walk to it all.

  Price was right. Slept 3 easily. Liked the location. Walked right from here to lots of fun things. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Pool was small but refreshing. Room was clean. Bathroom had lots of hot water. Living area was huge.
