If you see this "hotel" on Love Holiday, Do not go for it

    rating03 Oct 2026

Decided to come to benidorm for a holiday for a week at the end of september to start of october and never coming back again. Saw this listing on Love Holidays and decided to spontaneously book it as it was cheap, but I regreted it the second I steped in the door. There are many cons about this place.Firstly, the 200 euro deposit that was not said anywhere online when we were booking. Im not surprised if they keep the majority of peoples deposits as this place is literally falling apart! No repairs done at all. Faulty sockets, cracked fan, flimsy curtain rails, window latches not working and many more. Felt like if I exhaled too hard, I'd blow the paint off the walls. Secondly, no A/C. They give you a fan that is in the makeshift wardrobe, which is made out of literal bits off other furniture, in the bedroom which I left there for the whole stay as it felt like if someone blew their warm breath on your face. Even though I came in September, it was very warm every night, with windows and all open.Thirdly, Cleanliness. They state to have the place tidy and take your rubbish at check out, which I have no problem doing, but when I was looking around it clearly showed that they didn't even clean themselves. Dust built up under the bed which I could probably sit on. The vending machine downstairs was also a state. If you got anything too light, like a kit kat, it would get stuck as it wouldnt push the dropper door hard enough to fall through. The drawer at the bottom where you'd get your goods from was also coated in many exploded soft drink spills, dating back to when 7-up came in a green bottle! Also if you want to wash your clothes, best bring your washing machine from home or roll them sleeves up and get ready for a blast to the past as there is none! Just to mention some facilities that they offer in the room. A fridge and freezer, a microwave that I'm guessing that used to be white, which has formed into a more yellow, a hob, an "extractor fan" (which is a hole in the wall with a fan blade sticking out of it), a balcony with a table with the outskirts of the balcony decorated in bird feces, few pots and pans, couple plates and glasses, few bits of cutlery, and of course the shower with such high pressure that it could cut through tiles. They didn't provide you with much though. I'm aware it is self catering but the least they could've supplied was more tissue and maybe a couple cleaning supplies if they want the place tidy. If they want it clean and tidy, they should supply you with the stuff to do so.Another thing to mention, the "extras". They charge you for literally everything. Parking? they charge you. A TV remote? you've gotta pay for it? Wifi? availabe at a price. Scared to even use the elevator as I'm surprised they haven't installed a card reader to charge you to use it too!Speaking of elevators and accessibility. A lot of small steps around the place and steep hills for those who struggle with mobility. Was talking to another person staying here and they've mobility problems and they got put up on the 12th floor. they asked to change and receptionist wouldn't give them a lower floor. If you are a light sleeper, just to let you know the walls are also thin so you can hear everything.BYOT (Bring your own towels)! If you need more towels, you definitely will, you've got to ask for towels at reception, if you are lucky that there is someone there. You'd be better off looking for the Easter Bunny than a worker in this building as I'm sure they only appear once a year. Felt like David Attenborough when I spotted a worker as it was facinating! They luckily gave us 2 more towels. Wish anyone else staying here the best of luck! So, when booking a holiday to Benidorm. Please avoid this place at all costs! I'd rather stay in an IPAS centre than here!

Everything had been brilliant the room, location. Reading the reviews beforehand me and my brother had been a little worried but we found everything fine apart from getting our deposit back. We paid €200 upon arrival for deposit which was paid straight away but upon getting home this has not been returned to my account and it's after the 7-10 days as stated on receipt. I honestly can't imagine how many other people they do this too but it honestly has put a bit of a spoiler on our holiday for this to be a battle getting this back.

This is our 2nd visit this year and I think our 6 visit in total, Apartments are clean with plenty of accessories such as fridge/freezer, 2 ring cooker microwave coffee machine toaster, satellite TV WiFi etc, staff are all helpful and courteous and everything you need such as restaurants, bars and a very convenient local Inide supermarket 2 mins away, did I forget a nice swimming pool that's rarely crowded but don't expect 5 star luxury for the exceptionally reasonable price, just enjoy

    Awful

I would give this a zero if I could absolutely horrendous and not recommend. There is NO air conditioning in the rooms which make it unbearable to the point you feel claustrophobic (as a non claustrophobic person) when you go on holiday and pay £1000 ish for a holiday room you expect the bare minimum. Not a fan that blows out hot air.Not only that but they made us pay a £200 deposit that we weren’t aware of paying. We don’t mind as we wouldn’t trash the room however when we got up to our sauna (room) there was the bathroom mirror that was smashed on the side, a tile cracked on the floor, a bottle that was dusty under the bed that we didn’t use as we were only there for one night so clearly not cleaned properly. We checked out and back into a different hotel (Now Benidorm) which I couldn’t fault. However in the old apartment they given us a one fan. If u wanted extra you had to pay 10€ for the week which wasn’t ideal as there was 4 of us, aswell as, WiFi, TV and a safe. Which ranged from 10 to 20€. While waiting to check out there was nobody at reception and we had to wait 2 hours till someone got back however they had a sign saying ‘ any questions or requests please ask reception’ which was pretty difficult as there was no receptionist to be seen.Honestly it spoilt the first day of or group holiday and probably the rest if we couldn’t find somewhere else, we were already made aware of a couple who got a flight home due to there being no availability in other hotels and clearly couldn’t cope in there any longer. They give us are deposit back with no question however no refund for the rest of the six days, which seems mad considering we stayed for one I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good holiday, absolutely appalling.

    FULL, HONEST REVIEW

    rating02 Jul 2026

My partner and I stayed here for a week in June 2026 and although it wasn't the worst accommodation I have stayed at, it definitely could've been a lot better. PRO'S: - Fairly priced- Good location- Has a nice pool- Decent security CON'S: - I paid for the apartment in full before arriving, yet once I checked in they asked for an additional €200 as a deposit for any damage. This was not made clear to me when booking! With that being said, the apartment we stayed in had significant damage in areas which clearly was not replaced (assuming they had kept deposits from previous guests to replace damaged items)- You have to pay extra if you want to use the wifi, have the TV remote for your apartment etc. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous and actually laughable.- There is no air con in the apartment. We were boiling hot and uncomfortable as the temperatures reached up to 40°c +- It is marketed as self catering which we were happy with but lacked very basic amenities e.g. hand soap to wash hands, dish soap/sponges/cloths to clean dishes and the kitchen area, cutlery like scissors, proper dishes such as bowls etc.- Overall cleanliness. There was no way that our apartment was properly cleaned prior to our arrival! Hair balls on the floor from previous guests in the bedroom, dust, sticky patches on the floor, dirty cutlery IN the drawer, pots/pans that were clearly stained/scraped and unfit for use which should be replaced never mind being unsightly.- It is in an incredibly noisy area which isn't necessarily the staff's fault. Although I never slept 1 good night the whole week we stayed. There were local dogs barking, other guests slamming doors constantly, roadworks being carried out nearby, people blaring music and shouting to all hours of the morning in the other apartments below us on the balcony and corridors etc- No reception staff 24/7 therefore the apartment complex isn't being monitored for issues such as the above (other noisy guests)- No cleaning available. With this, I mean having towels or bedding changed if necessary. We were both given 1 body towel each to last us a full week, bearing in mind with the heat, being on the beach (in the sand) and using suncream, we were showering twice a day most days. The towels became grubby. I asked my partner to take the dirty towels down to reception and ask for fresh ones. The lady whom he was speaking to (I think she was a cleaner) had a bit of an attitude and told him that we wouldn't be given fresh towels as they were to last us a full week and we could wash them ourselves... wtf?! We're were on holiday with no washing machine etc! But then begrudgingly gave him a third towel.Had I known all of the above beforehand, unfortunately I wouldn't of booked my stay here. It was quite disappointing.
