Not that good and poor entertainment.

This is not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star as room are not cleaned properly and the entertainment is very poor as the entertainers are employed by the hotel and are over worked doing other things than entertaining the guests. Please let them do their job or employ an outside team like Inter2 in Salou. The female staff are not welcoming in reception and in the restaurant but the male staff are really nice. The food is good.The pool is small and really cold. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and every one I spoke to said same .

Nice location but hotel definitely not 4 stars more like 2.after flight delayed arrived at hotel 3in morning .Just wanted good night's sleep .room was damp beds were filthy not even clean sheets wgen pulled back long hairs in bed please look at my pictures .im disgusted with sunshine holidays as sebt them these pics and were told not there problem down to hotel .well I think there as much to blame as they promote it .I'm not going to say any more just look at my pictures says it all words are not needed .filthy disgusting Director de Calidad y Relaciones con Clientes, Otros at Dynastic Hotel, responded to this review Hello Ann,Thank you for sharing your experience. Had the best experience with Vanessa, opted in for the €65 treatment which included full body massage and face rejuvenation. From start to finish the atmosphere, very professional masseuse and the overall experience was faultless. Was a great way to end my party Benidorm holiday. Thank you Vanessa ?? Basic, clean and good for a base, but poor for families.

We went as a lads do for 3 nights. Hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are polite. But it is very basic, food is limited but OK in the main restaurant. However the food around the pool is horrendous, raw burgers and undercooked chips. Also you get one cup to last you the visit, if you lose it you have to pay €3. For what we used it for (a base to go out partying) it was good, but if I was visiting with the family or for work it would be more than poor. Excellent hotel, always clean and tidy, friendly staff, location is perfect in new town, 5/10 minute walk to levante beach, lots of bars and restaurants around this hotel, the food is good, rooms are comfy. I always stay in this hotel, I came back from a 2 week stay literally 2 days ago ( 30th September ). Ive already booked to stay in this hotel for my birthday ( January 2027 ), no complaints from me. Great value for money , and the atmosphere is buzzing.
