Location

The complex lies in the tourist center of Benidorm in Rincon de Loix and is only around 200 m from Levante beach. This complex is surrounded by numerous shopping centres as well as restaurants and bars. It is approximately 65 km to Alicante airport.

Facility

The apartment complex was modernised in 2023. The complex has 32 apartments, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Amenities in the bathrooms include a shower. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. With diving or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, kayaking and snorkelling available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. For an additional fee, guests can also choose from a gym, billiards and bowling. The wellness area offers a spa, a sauna and massage treatments (for a fee).

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board, all-inclusive and all-inclusive special. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children's meals will likewise delight guests' palates guests'. For an additional charge, the chefs will also prepare vegetarian dishes.

    We are here now. Not what we expected as we booked the Dynastic Hotel 4 star because we had been there 2yrs previously and loved it but when we got there at 3am and had to walk 15 mins to get to the hotel to be told our rooms are in the Dynastic rooms which was a different place and a 2 star. We had to walk 15/20 mins back with cases and children. Then every day back to the Dynastic hotel for our food, drink and entertainment as we are all inclusive and these apartments are for self catering. They took €150 each room deposit which you don't get back for 48hrs depending on what bank you are in. The rooms are OK but when you book an all inclusive holiday to chill and relax you don't expect to be walking in the heat every day to a different hotel. Never again will I book with loveholidays or the Dynastic. Plus your room never gets cleaned or clean bedding or bath towels unless you pay. We payed over £4000 for a week holiday

    Brilliant 6 Night Stay!

    Family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed here for 6 nights in June. Ignore the bad reviews. Yes we had to wait 5 mins for check in as no one at reception and yes we paid 150 euro deposit which we were aware of. We had a lovely two bedroom apartment 3rd floor. Nice and clean. Modern. Shower and bath best of both worlds. Kitchen could have done with updating but did the job full size fridge freezer. Kettle, toaster and microwave. Balcony with a view of the pool again pool could possibly need an update shortly but kids still loved it. We had a brilliant stay here beds super comfy. Air con was brilliant the coldest air con we have had in years. Loads of towels. Safe key handed in day we left in box with keys so we didn’t get our 10 euro deposit back but that’s price we pay for keeping the key till day we leave. Short walk to beach. Lovely bar/cafe right outside. Would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely 6 nights in comfort and honestly go with an open mind and don’t let the reviews put you off before you even get there. We’ve stayed at 5 stars in turkey and they haven’t been as good as here.

    Stayed for a week. Ok apartment and mostly modern looking. 3rd floor so no views except the pool and apartment opposite. 3 of us sharing. Only one bathroom but sleeps 6. Really needs a second. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of towels provided. No storage for clothes in bedrooms. Just a hanging rail with a rack. door hit bed when you opened it. Kitchen minute but could be better designed, then you could use it. Had to put kettle in lounge. No idea how to use the cooker and no instructions. Did have a decent fridge freezer. Ate out, so wasnt a problem for us. Iron provided but no ironing board. Saw a few roaches too in lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Reception only manned two hours a day. Had to hand safe key back a day early as we left early morning. I would use these apartments again as long as only two or three of us as a good size and good location.

    This is a 2 star, very basic inside the apartments. Not sure if anyone else has had issue with getting a shower but first time we did we flooded the bathroom. Beds were comfy and great location but don't expect more than 2 stars. Wouldn't stay here again.

    Very pleasantly surprised, great location, spotlessly clean, loads of room for two of us, plenty of towels for two of us. beds comfy, tv in every room. All amenities close by, no noise. only negative comment is kitchen too small, it has hob oven and microwave, kettle and toaster but nowhere to use toaster or kettle in kitchen, we used them on table in sitting room, no cupboards anywhere but we managed. would use these apartments again.
