  I just back from this hotel if you want to see migrants in the bushes next to the pool bar and using the retaining wall as a toilet men dropping there trousers to do a poo 3yards from the white tables by the pool bar then go to this hotel this is disgusting a health hazard and illegal act reported to reception she shrugged her shoulders and said this is Spain which I find unbelievable all balcony’s face this pool and bar looking down on this waste site and bushes against the hotel perimeter fence ..now the positive thing bar staff and restaurants staff were brilliant bedrooms clean and towels and bed linen changed every day brilliant. food fish meat pasta spoiled for choice could not fault it in any way the hotel was kept very clean in all departments it’s a crying shame that this superb hotel is marred by these migrants which management don’t want to address

  Hotel was brilliant, rooms top notch, bar fascillities very efficient . Especially the bar lady Georgi, who ran the bar military like.All the staff were very friendly and very friendly.   Fab time at Flamingo Beach

  Stayed here late September into October 2026.Staff friendly and hard working.Loved Andreia from the animations/ entertainment, she is so friendly and passionate about her role. We joined in with most events as we had a little competition going as to who could win the most games. This added a bit more fun to our holiday and gives you a chance to chat, meet and laugh with other holiday makers.Food was good, never went hungry, always found something to eat we enjoyed. Some days better than others.Drinks were nice, although sometimes I had to ask them to stop as the measures were too big, and if you're drinking all day and into the night, I wanted to see the night ??Quite a chilled vibe around the pool, we kept to the pool nearest the bar ??We were on floor 19, sometimes you had a wee wait on the lifts but nothing too bad. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. If there was anything I would change around the pool is separate the tables between smokers and non smokers.It's not nice when smokers sat next to you and some cigarettes/cigars stink!!!About a 10 minute gentle walk to both the Strip and the Old Town, downhill going, uphill on the return. A couple of decent bars nearby for football (Titanic) or entertainment (Tommy's) if you didn't want to walk too far.   An Unforgettable Stay with Friends! ?????

  I recently travelled here with two friends, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and always kept spotlessly clean.The location is absolutely perfect. It is only 12 minutes to the main strip and 15 minutes to the beach, yet because of how it is situated, it is peacefully tucked away from all the noise for a great night's sleep.When it comes to the food, you definitely won't go hungry—there is a huge, plentiful variety of delicious options to choose from throughout the day.What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible staff. They work tirelessly to make sure every guest is well looked after, always with a smile on their faces. A special shout-out must go to Noemi, who makes the absolute best margaritas we’ve ever had!We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway with friends.We can’t wait to come back!   3rd time here!!!

  This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean tidy and has a very welcoming vibe. The rooms are huge as they used to be self catering. The beds were comfy and spare pillows and a duvet were in the wardrobe. The bathroom is on the slightly small side, but do you really need more space in a bathroom. Air con worked great and a nice size dual accses balcony ( from the bedroom or living area). The food this year was amazing and I'm one of those awkward people with food intolerances. There were no long queues at the bars and our orders were fully fulfilled. The pools were warm and clean and easy to access. The main pool has standard chrome ladders but the the one behind it has the big wide steps that you get in with or use as a seat. The location I liked. 10min walk to main strip and beach or grab a taxi to the old town. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Noemi was on the pool bar mostly and is a great asset to the hotel. She remembered us from 2 years previous! So the 'bad' points. For those who crave perfection good luck. There was some water damage (from a while ago) staining the wall slightly in our bedroom. To recover from this, we learnt to ignore it! This seemed to work. On the Thursday we had a continuous bombardment of a fly (just the one) who it seemed had a contract out on us! Eventually it must have finished it's shift as it disappeared. On another day we had some clouds and water falling from the sky for a little while. This of course completely ruined our holiday. Thankfully the bright yellow sky ball came back and dried up all the rain.
