    Very disappointed with this hotel, it is not the cleanest. Multiple cigarette butts in the floor round by the bar. Sun loungers are dirty. Simple things like weeds growing around the pool area which could easily be removed. Communal areas are in need of a good clean toilets are dirty with sanitary products on the floor and bins over flowing. My room was dirty had to ask for towels and the floors were not mopped the whole time I was there for 4 days. Thick of dust under the bed. The floors in the corridors are dirty. Breakfast time there was hardly any fruit and no nuts or buries and food overall a let down. Disappointed to say the least. Also disappointed I had to pay extra to checkin 1 hour early when a room miraculously became available if we would pay. The pool area was also noisy with groups allowed to play their own music on a boom box which was very loud .

    Avoid this hotel. Hotel is unclean throughout and in need of a deep clean. Rooms not cleaned properly, had to ask for clean towels, toilet rolls etc, air conditioning not working, food is awful. Pool area was filthy, sun lounges old and very worn as were the parasols. Very disappointing.

    Hotel was dirty, air con broken, balcony door broken, floors not cleaned in room in 4 nights, small pool cordoned off. The bathroom was filthy. Had to request room cleaned and clean towels Rooms not ready on arrival at 1:45pm but for 20 euros they were . Food awful, chef used same utensils to put raw meat on grill and cooked meat on plates. Floors filthy and pool and bar, cigarette ends and stains all over floor

    Nice hotel but not the rooms on first floor

    Nice hotel in a central location but avoid balconies on the first floor at the front as the view is awful. They’re on a flat roof which is occupied by seagulls and covered in their mess! The rooms are clean but the beds are not comfortable.

    Fun Quirky Hotel in Prime Location

    Was in Benidorm for 4 nights at end of April/beginning of May for a friends 50th and we all stayed at this hotel which I had booked directly with the hotel on a half board basis. We had an early flight so arrived at the hotel at midday and our room was not yet ready which we fully understand. The hotel communal spaces were all busy and the place has a really good vibe, decor is quirky/modern with lots of areas to rest, chill and relax. Pool area is nice however weather was mixed so never used it over the 4 days. When we arrived the friendly staff advised us we could attend breakfast each day then choose between lunch or dinner whatever suits better so on the day we arrived we had the option to have lunch which was perfect after the early morning flight and transfer from Alicante. Food was lovely, lots of variation, well presented, special daily items on the grill cooked to order and vast amounts of it, I had breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner each night and at all times the food was lovely. We were allocated room 612 and I had asked to be away form the lift areas which was great. Room was perfect, had everything we needed, looked out onto the front of the hotel so perfect for people watching, fully serviced every day - could not fault the room or the staff.
