Location

This beach hotel is centrally located in Benidorm, near the Old Town. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars and public transport links may all be found in close vicinity to the hotel. Poniente beach is around 200 m away, public transport about 150 m.

Facility

The hotel has 3 single rooms and 101 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Watch out for the cleaners

    The hotel its self was really nice, good value for money. Good location if you like to be away from the crazy nightlife and get a good nights sleep. However, I can’t say that the housekeepers were great. I had a full bottle of expensive perfume stolen from the room (of course it was taken on the day before we were due to leave so that we couldn’t approach the cleaner ourself). This put a real downer to the holiday, you don’t like to think this would happen especially when you really liked the hotel. We were lucky to have had our money in a safe as if we didn’t I would hate to think how much money they’d have taken. Advised reception of this but not sure if they’d have acted on it

    The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Probably same to get Levante beach.Room was basic but ideal for my needs as a base. Staff were friendly and helpful.Food was OK. There is something there for everyone.I would stay here again if needed.

    We stayed here recently and was disappointed with our room, there was mould in the shower the shower and although it worked the lever at the side was broken, the decor was basic and haphazardly. Our balcony light didn’t work and when we reported it we were told none of them on our floor was working either. The lift was very small and rickety making you feel reluctant to use it which wasn’t an option as we were on the 6th floor and my husband has heart problems. The only thing that was half decent was the breakfast. I wouldn’t stay again.

    Nice hotel shower drainage issues nearly flooding the bathroom

    Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

    Benidorm was a great holiday, love holidays was easy to use but this hotel was terrible! Food caused stomach issues for me and my son, the shower was impossible to use, air conditioning remote was under a bed and found it on the second day 🥵😡 If you're looking for a room with just a bed with no fridge, kettle, etc and flooring in the hallway that needs to be repaired this is for you.Unfortunately the holiday cost a lot more but Benidorm is a great place and will go back but not here!!
