  Amazing hotel. Would have been 5* if it wasn’t for the incorrect parking advice.

  We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the RH Boutique Hotel and genuinely didn’t want to leave.The hotel itself is pristine. Beautifully white painted and perfectly located in Benidorm’s old town. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the sea and it was worth every penny. It was the nicest hotel view I’ve ever had.The breakfasts were exceptional. There was plenty of choice. I had the full English one morning and the continental the next, and both were fantastic. Great coffee, what tasted like freshly squeezed orange juice, and the option to sit outside on the terrace overlooking the sea made it even better.Around a 4-minute walk to Levante Beach, which honestly has to be one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen. The hotel is also only a 2-minute walk from the famous tapas alley, and about 25 minutes from the strip. We chose the old town because we came as a couple, but even if we return with friends in future, I’d still stay here. The old town is just so beautiful and feels authentically Spanish rather than the typical “Brits abroad” atmosphere.The rooms were modern, spotless, and cleaned daily. The walk-in shower was amazing, really powerful and spacious.One small thing to note - if you like relaxing with English TV in the evenings, it’s worth bringing a Fire Stick, as the English channels are limited and there aren’t many apps available on the TV.The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star review is because of some confusion around the parking process. When we checked in, we specifically asked about parking and were reassured that there was nothing we needed to do at that point, and that we could simply settle the parking bill with the hotel at the end of our stay. However, when checking out, a different receptionist informed us that this wasn’t possible because our registration plate had never been registered with reception. Unfortunately this meant the parking ended up costing us €79 instead of the discounted €45 we had been expecting.It was frustrating mainly because we had tried to clarify everything in advance and followed the instructions we were given. That said, this was genuinely the only issue we experienced during the entire trip.Everything else was amazing and I honestly still think this is one of the nicest hotels in the area. Very sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back.   Nothing compares to this amazing hotel!!!

  What a fantastic Hotel!! The room is wonderful with a balcony overlooking the old town and the sea, staff are so lovely and very helpful, and the food!!!! Do yourself a favour and stay half board to have fine dining every night with very generous portions too! The Icing on the cake is a bottle of Cava delivered by the hotel on my husbands birthday!   A room with (Amost) a view

  With all the hotels in Benidorm, I mistakenly presumed that I would have a balcony, but we had a window which overlooked the square with the church and you could see at an angle the sea, although still a nice view, I wish we had a balcony, because we were with another couple and they only had 1 room with a balcony left for an additional €126.00 we declined as it wouldn't be fair to our friends.The room was fine apart from a very large Crack in the shower tray and no shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, so you have to balance all items around the sink and in top of the toilet.Breakfast is lovely and staff especially Marcello went above and beyond to make you feel special.The hotel doesn't have a pool but it has a roof top with a jacuzzi and sunbeds, be careful though, it's small and there's only a dozen or so beds, so you need to get up there early, the issue with going in May is that the rooftop bar was closed, so you have to use the phone to call the bar downstairs, but the phone is broken and doesn't work so you have to go all the way down to the basement and bring your drinks up, ypur also jot allowed food due to the seagulls.The hotel is clean and I wish we booked the balcony as the views ate out to see.At night the square has people walking around and it's very loud, we stayed 4 nights and each night you had stragglers singing and shouting until the early morning, not what you expect in the old town part. The rooftop phone has been checked and is working; perhaps they couldn't answer your call because they were busy with food service.   Great boutique hotel in the heart of benidorm

  Our 4th visit and its absolutely perfect. Great view from our room directly to the sea. Restuarant and bar are great and the views from the rooftop bar are incredible. Good value for money especially if you book direct with RH hotels. We've decidedl to come once every year!
