Location

The apartment is located in a complex in the new area of Rincon de Loix just 500 m from fine sand Levante Beach. The tall building offers guests charming panoramic views out over the surrounding area and the tourist centre of Benidorm with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as a lively old town are just a few paces from the complex. The lively nightlife scene with plenty of bars, restaurants and further shops as well as further entertainment venues, which ensure an exciting holiday. Especially worthy of a visit are Aguamar and Mundomar Water Parks, which are located just around the corner. The old quarter, San Jaime as well as the wonderful Aigüera and Elche Parks are also impressive. The closest bus stop is just 500 m away, whilst Alicante-El Altet Airport is 65 km from the complex.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed.     Short break with a group of mates, concerned after reading reviews, but everything was "spot on".Rooms was clean and comfortable, we had a double room with twin beds in both. Also had two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower the other had a bath and shower which was handy and a total surprise, only downside the poor water pressure.Location about 15 minutes walk to the beach and all the main bars, but there are several bars nearby along with eating places.Room wasn't cleaned or towels changed the 4 days we were there, and on the last day you have to strip the beds and place the linen in the hallway for the cleaners, along with your towels, and empty the bin yourself, and take the rubbish to the bins on the main road.Reception only opens from 10am until 4pm if you need to see them, if you arrive outside these hours you need to inform them prior to your arrival. Who you book it with should tell you how. Overall extremely please and even my mates said if we come again we'd defiantly stay here.

    Our booking was Sciroco Gemelos 22, booked through Booking.com. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, making it ideal for a comfortable self-catering stay. The balcony was a real highlight—generously sized and enclosed, creating a relaxing seating area with lovely views over the well-maintained gardens and pool area. The complex itself was excellent, with three pools including a lagoon-style pool, a main pool, and a separate children’s pool.Inside, the bedroom was a good size with ample storage, a safe available for a small fee, and its own air conditioning unit. The bathroom was modern and clean, featuring a walk-in shower. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a full cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and a full-size fridge freezer. The living area was equally comfortable, with a dining table and chairs, a large sofa, TV, and air conditioning.The location was also very convenient, with both front and rear access to the property, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, and a local supermarket within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and excellent value for money.

    Absolute hell hole and maids are thieves

    Disgusting place been here over 7 days refused to give us clean bedding and clean towels. My 5 years old daughters bikinis was stolen from the room. Pools out of order (but don’t tell you until you are here and see them taped off) You have to pay for absolutely everything in the place nothing is included. Better off booking an all inclusive hotel. This place is a hell whole. Waste ofMoney

    Stay away from the pool man, he pushed my partner for no reason on r last day, told us to sit somewhere else on the grass, we said NO and he didn’t like the answer, we been sitting in the same spot all week, he put 2 sun bed there and no one came to sit on them all day
