The building is located 100 m from the Cala de Finestrat (Benidorm), on the Avenida Rosa de los Vientos. This privileged location is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, banks, etc. The sandy beach is just 50 m away. Alicante Airport is some 65 km from the apartment hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room and an excellent location. The main lobby was lovely and cosy, great place to get a coffee or just sit and relax. The WiFi was reliable throughout the hotel. However, it was clear that the rooms need to be refurbished as the furniture was old, but, clean. Regarding the gym, most of the powered equipment were not working, apart of the stationary bike. Anyway, the non-electrical equipment were generally in a good condition. Regarding the swimming pool, it was not as clean as expected! Finally, the breakfast was okay but it could be in a better quality!

Value for Money and it was good stay, need to change the dishes on breakfast regularly instead of repeating the same items. Parking is little less space due to pillers any big suv is very difficult to park.

Too bad for this brand. The hotel lacks the basic maintenance and cleaning on the room. The location is very convenient for a business quick trip, but definitely I will not go back and do not recommend.

By all means, if you are looking for a hotel with good Public Amenities', please do avoid this.Additionally, the parking lot in the basement is a forest of support beams that has gaps that barely fits a sedan.

Good room which need some maintenance

Good room which need some maintenance. There was algae in the bathroom. The room needs repainting. The curtains need to be fixed/maintained.The room was spacious and had all necessary furniture and items, other than the boiler.
