Great stay in the heart of Benidorm

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Im giving 5 stars because I enjoyed everything. Great location, nice and very clean rooms, tasty food and very friendly staff. Especially reception lady Mary who checked me in and given me all information I need. Very professional and friendly customer service. Dinner staff especially lady with short black hair was also a super nice! Will definitely be back! The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles. Staff very unhelpful at the front desk. Asked if they could book a taxi. The man behind the desk just looked at me and said I can give you a number. It would have taken the guy 2 secs to hone a taxi for us. Because I do not speak Spanish or was then very difficult to book one. Not courteous at all.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We had to go due to a medical issue and we paid all the services and we didn’t make use of any. We wanted to get a part of our money returned, they were late in contacting us. Furthermore, they didn’t find a solution to our problem. They are not serius and neither professional.

I have to say the hotel itself is good it's just the staff and the food the staff or just horrible people every morning I come down and say hello and they just looked through me it was a terrible experience would never stay there again even if he gave me the hotel for nothing
