    It’s our 7th stay at this hotel - we love it! We attend an international soul fiesta, which is seamlessly organised with great staff, and notably from Carlos Fernandez who magically makes things happen!The food is perfect for what we want. There is always something different to eat.Used the gym and the spa for the first time in 7 years - what an experience and would definitely recommend booking that Spa session.Our visit always coincide with my birthday and the hotel really makes the fuss and makes it special for you.

    I've been a few times now and I do like the place, but the reception system is still chaotic. They do not have a fair queuing system, so lots of people get served before others who have been waiting longer. The staff are very average, but the rooms are clean. The whole place seems to run by accident though. This time I had a room at the back, which was very very loud all night with music and plumbing noises. Not sure if I'll be back. This place could be so much better.

    This was our 7th stay here whilst attending the International Soul Fiesta 13th-17th May 2026. This years event/experience was by far the best yet.
