Lovely stay. Have just returned from a weeks half board with friends. On arrival we were met and greeted by a lovely receptionist called Randy. He was very information and helpful, on arrival and during our whole stay, as were all the other receptionists.Our room 401, was wonderful with a stunning sea view. The room was kept wonderfully clean during our stay, thank you.Breakfast and dinner were great, with plenty of choices. Food on the cool to warm side, however, there is a microwave. I do however think you should bd given a jug of iced water on your table at dinner time. Yes, I know you can buy it but just a very small niggle from me and my party.Didn’t use the bar really, as they didn’t sell diet tonic!!!! The only diet drink they had was coke, which I was very surprised at. I think this should be looked in to, as there are many diabetics ( not us) or pre diabetic people these days, or people want less sugar etc. All in all, had a great, relaxing, comfortable stay, with lovely room, staff, food and location. Thank you. We all decided we wouldn’t stay again as found it to have very little atmosphere.

Just returned today from a fabulous stay at the H10 Porto Poinente. It was our first time staying at this particular hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. Lovely welcome drink on arrival,very attractive and well sized room. We stayed half board, myself and my wife thought the choice and quality of the food was excellent. Never had a problem getting a sun bed,the sun terrace was spotless just like the rest of the hotel,so clean and tidy.What stands out for me is the whole team who work here,from moment we arrived,to this morning when we left they never stopped smiling,absolute credit to the H10 Porto Poinente.Will we return again,definitely.Thanks for an amazing stay at.

I am writing as a visitor to the hotel not a paying guest ( although I have stayed there). I went to the bar area as i liked the cabaret playing ( Friday evening). I too a seat and 10 mins the waiter asked what I wanted. I told them a Sin alcohol . About 15 mins later it arrived . It was delicious .Drank up and the waiter asked if I wanted a drink thought I would have another.After a while it came back ( They have one person only behind the bar frantically trying to cope-with orders)About 10-15 mins later my drink arrived looking like the last one. I took a large sip and thought ugh! this is not right. I went marching up to the bar and asked if this had alcohol in it and was informed yes…Well I did my nut as I don’t touch alcohol.The staff were apologetic but instead of making me another correct mock tail I had to wait!!I paid by card for this experience.You could imagine my surprise I had been charged €21 for the poison drink and the correct one ( I should of checked what I was tapping ( chip and pin) so i suppose it’s my fault. As you were an outside guest, we unfortunately did not have your contact details or a phone number to reach you directly. A staff member recognized you as a regular customer and asked the team to keep an eye out for your return so we could apologize, correct the charge, and ensure you were refunded the appropriate amount.Please be assured that we have already processed the refund for the overcharged amount. Better Value 4 Star Hotels In The Same Vacinity

Waited until 3pm for allocation of a room and appears to be a separate system if you have booked a sea view room as people who checked in after us were allocated there sea view rooms quicker.Hit and a miss if you get your tea bags and milk sachets topped up daily and eventually bought our own tea bags an milk.Toilet rolls although there was space in bathroom for three spare rolls sometimes only two were left.On the two occasions we took breakfast it was cool and did not venture in the restraint again.If you do not have a sea view room do not expect it cleaned anytime before 2pm as clean sign was on door each morning at 10am.Rear street view rooms are very close to apartment block no more than 30 feet away from your balcony.Would not return to this hotel are there are much better 4 star hotels that are cheaper with better service and more amenities in the same vicinity.
