    Stunning Hotel!

    The hotel is amazing, great position, extremely clean, facilities great, lovely staff (most of tgem). The drinks prices we found reasonable. However, I was disappointed with the choice of food at dinner plus the labeling of the food was shocking, either wrong labels or no labels at all. Food was tasty enough but have definitely had better. The breakfast was lovely though.My score would have been 5 if it wasn't for the food at dinner. Other than this, the hotel was beautiful.

    This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in every single thing was perfect the staff especially were amazing very very professional and nothing was to much trouble, anybody thinking of booking this hotel Book it now !!! You will not be disappointed. 5* in every way

    We visited this hotel to surprise some friends who were already on holiday, and from the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were outstanding in every respect.A special mention goes to Lorena on reception, who was fantastic during check-in. She is a real credit to the hotel and an invaluable asset to the H10 group.The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers excellent facilities. Our room was lovely, and the pool and bar area are very well designed. The food was outstanding—easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Spain.The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the old town and right on the beachfront.Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in every way, and I would highly recommend it.

    Just back from an excellent stay at the H10 Porto Poniente hotel and of the many places we have stayed in Benidorm this must be one of the best. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception who quickly sorted out a little problem we had and always a smile or wave as we passed to the lifts behind. Tastefully decorated rooms with extra large double bed, flat screen T.V., abundant wardrobe space and smoking permitted on balcony .Large modern bathroom with huge shower, fluffy white towels and plenty of toiletries provided but be careful as water can be extremely hot. Tea and coffee is replaced as needed and cleaners keep the rooms spotless. Loved the infinity pool on the 5th floor with stunning views of the beach below and the pool bar with a good lunch menu and cool drinks. The spa/sauna on the 1st floor can be booked at reception and guests have first session free of charge plus there is a very well equipped gym on same floor. As for the food, both breakfast and evening meals are second to none with plenty to choose from and desserts are class. Forgot to mention the hash browns at breakfast are the best i have ever had along with proper thick bacon.

    Wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel, staff super helpful, rooms perfect, location excellent in the old town of Benidorm, we had a sea view room which was great! Food and drinks lovely, only downside is the lack of sunbeds each day we couldn’t get a bed around the pool at level 5 but always got one on level 7 however this is adult only so if you are with children it it would be difficult, although there is a no towels left on beds policy in place it happened every day towels on beds and no one around! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again thank you ☺️
