  Great hotel, great location

  Stayed here for 4 days (3 nights) in a suite, which was worth the extra cost over a standard double room for the additional space. Arrived around 12 noon due to flight time (check-in wasn't until 4pm) but the guy on reception was helpful and offered to look after my luggage while I went out exploring. He suggested if I returned around 3pm, my room might be ready early. I returned at 2.30pm expecting to wait for a short time, but was told the room was ready.Room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen including electric hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer section, and a selection of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There was also a Dolce coffee maker in the room with 3 pods of coffee which I used on the first day; sadly these were never replaced or replenished at all for the remainder of my stay.Large, spacious living space with an equally large balcony overlooking the pool, towards Levante Beach. The pool area was quite noisy on the first day with large groups, but once the balcony doors were closed, I couldn't hear a thing.Good sized bathroom with toilet, wash basin and large shower; the shower door handle fell off on the first day but I reported it to reception as I went out the next morning, and when I returned less than an hour later, a brand new one had been fitted already. Towels that are to be washed/replaced are left on the floor - each day the dirty towels were taken away but not replaced; this wasn't a major issue as I was travelling alone and there were 3 days supply of towels anyway.I saw a few reviews complaining about the noise levels, but I didn't really have any bad experience of noise apart from my final night when I was awoken at 2am by what sounded like a father and two young daughters being shown to their room, talking very loudly and jumping around in the corridor right outside my door. It was loud enough to be woken up by it, but only lasted a few minutes and then went quiet; was just a shame it was on the last night when I had to be up for 6am for the airport transfer and ended up being woken at 2am!The pool area looked nice and clean (though it did get busy at times so I chose not to use it) and there's a bar/restaurant on site which again, I didn't use as I was eating while out and about.Overall, a great hotel, great location only about 5mins walk to Levante beach, with loads of shops and restaurants and bars along the way. Would definitely recommend this hotel.IMPORTANT NOTE: The hotel take a 'damage deposit' of 300 euros upon your arrival, in the form of a "hold" being placed on your debit/credit card. This was mentioned on the Jet2 website at the time of booking, but by the time I arrived, I had completely forgotten about it (my fault!) I used my debit card, but that 300 euros equated to about £258 being put on "hold" from my bank account, so make sure you have enough to cover that before you arrive! I was told the amount would be released as soon as the room had been checked after checking out, but noticed a sign in the room saying it can take up to 14 days for your money to be released. I've arrived back home now (almost 12 hours later) and the money is still on "hold" with my bank, so I'm hoping they release it without any undue delays.

  The apartments are gret. Very clean and spacious. Some nice bars locally. We booked family suite and it was very good.Food and drinks were above average and not exspensive. Full large english for €5 and spot on. Pint €2.5.Staff brilliant. Couple of loud groups of young men but staff had a quiet word. Only negative was pool opening around 9.40 which is far too late.Highly reccommended hotel. We will return.

  Just arrived home from 4 days in a studio and to say it was amazing is an understatement, full panoramic view which was beautiful at night. Check in took 10 minutes by a lovely guy at reception. There are 2 lifts but never had any problems with them. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave/grill and absolutely spotless as was the rest of the studio. Cleaners in every other day but you could ask for anything you needed. The pool is smallish but big enough for everyone, we never had a problem getting a sun lounger even at 10.30 every morning. The restaurant and pool bar are very reasonably priced and are staffed by some lovely people, shout out to vito who is great. Would I go back again - ABSOLUTELY

  We booked this apartment for 3 of us, the apartment was nice clean ok for space, it looks like the building has had work done looks ok...the pool for the size of the building is small, very small, unfortunately for us I thought being apartments it would of been a family place, oh noooooooo its like a 18/30s hoilday camp.....music on all hours of the night doors slamming, pls pls avoid if your having kids with you, while there i canceled our october stay with the same apartments and booked elsewhere .....overall out of 5 starts I will give this place 1 star for the clean room on arrival. Sorry melia group not one of your best this.....normally you have it right ....maybe keep the younger ones out of family apartments......

  First time in Benidorm and this hotel was perfect. Good location. The studio room was immaculate with everything we needed. Good size terrace space . The only thing that could be improved is making the sofa bed up ready for your arrival especially if they can see on the booking you will be using the sofa bed. Pool bar prices reasonable with a range of snacks . The 300 euro deposit stayed pending on my credit card and the day after I got home had gone so not charged. I understand why they do this as can imagine how rooms might be left if they didn’t . The pool was clean and nice sun loungers . The pool warm with the sun. Lots of little supermarkets and proper supermarket just across the road by KFC . Got snacks and drinks very cheap there. I requested to keep the room as check out 11 am and our flight was an evening flight . Was able to have another room for the day as ours wasn’t available and the price was reasonable. This saved us sitting around with our bags and gave us a space to shower and change clothes etc before flying home . Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a really great experience and would stay there again
