    The transfer dose not stop out side of the hotel as the hotel is up a side street but only a small walk to it was a late Check in quick as there was a couple in front of us have to pay €300 on a card just incase for damages we got it back as the day after we had returned home the hotel staff was very polite and nice the hotel was lovely with a modern feel and the rooms were clean the rooms nicely set out comfortable beds good shower the Balcony was a very good size plenty of sunbeds around the pool the pool bar was nice good stock of drinks lovely bar staff and the restaurant under the hotel was very nice especially the breakfast so nice and very well priced and the staff again made you so welcome The hotel is a stone frow from shops and bar's but not noisy Now the halley will be my go too hotel for benidorm Excellent service thanks for the memories 😃

    In a great location in Rincon de Loix. The room was cleaned daily unless we asked them not to. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent value for money. There was a stag and hen party there when we were but the noise was kept down and everyone had a good time, brilliant atmosphere. Swimming pool was cleaned daily.

    A group of 10 of us stayed here and it's in a good location close to the strip and a 5 min walk to beach, it was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable

    We loved this hotel. We stayed in a studio suite on the 12th floor. The view was incredible and the room was so modern and fresh. Maid service every day, and clean comfortable room.We didn't hear much noise being on top floor. Staff were friendly on reception. Yes there is a deposit but we got it refunded to our card on checkout so no drama. Its in the centre of the party area which was a bit rough and ready at night but we loved the hotel and would stay again for sure.

    Just come back from here went for 4 days room only location wasn't too bad staff were polite and room was cleaned every day paid 150 euros deposit but no problem getting it back would stay here again
