  Great hotel, location, food, staff and facilities. We were there last week and had a great time. Food was hot with lots of choice at every sitting. Small queue for sunbeds but we got some without having to queue. Pool was lovely but hardly anyone used it. Glass partition is ok, the sink is behind it and the shower out of site behind that.   Excellent hotel ,the food was always served hot with plenty of choice. The pool area was reasonably quiet the music wasn’t too loud,bedrooms are comfortable.Good choice of branded spirits the staff were great in all departments nothing too much trouble for them.The rooms are comfy and a decent size beds ok, didn’t like the glass partition though.The hotel is in a handy position for the old town and food street.All in all a decent hotel.   Reception staff amazing, Angela especially.

  Due to Holiday company providing me with incorrect phone number and neglecting to provide the check in details, I was able to resolve the issue with the help from Angela on reception. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond for me. Can't thank her enough, she saved our holiday!   A bit disappointed, not a 4 * experience.

  We've just returned from 5 nights in this hotel . Rather than write a very similar review to the one already here, we'll agree that, in our opinion, it's 3 star not 4 . We paid for a pool view room which was fine during the day . It faced a busy road and it was noisy, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. At night when people were talking on their balcony and moving chairs it might as well have been on your balcony as the noise really carried . Perhaps people don't realise that it happens. Any raised voices in the next room can be heard too . Not all guests are considerate , walls aren't very thick.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's really small though. A TV in the area where there is a chair and dressing table so no mirror there, would have been handy to have for drying hair etc.We saw people handling food , not using tongs or sanitising , gel is available. I was ill for a day and a half which I spent in bed . My husband was fine , we ate different things the night before. After that I was a bit worried in case it happened again. One person we spoke to was in hospital for two days. The position of the hotel is good , it's not a quiet area, I don't know where that would be in Benidorm! The staff were very pleasant. We don't sunbathe so didn't need beds , it always seemed busy around the pool. It seems to be a popular place that people return to but we won't be coming back . However, without a medical diagnosis or evidence establishing the source of an illness, it would not be possible to determine that this was related to food consumed at the hotel. Guests can unfortunately become unwell for a variety of reasons, and we therefore cannot associate an individual case of illness with the hotel without supporting evidence.We are also sorry that some aspects of the room and the surrounding environment did not fully meet your expectations.
