This beach hotel is situated directly in the tourist centre and only 600 m from the nearest beach. Links to the public transport network can be found within metres of the hotel (30 m). Also in the vicinity are restaurants, bars, nightclubs and numerous shopping venues (all less than 200 m away). The town centre is also only approximately 300 m away.

The hotel has 2 suites, 3 single rooms and 179 double rooms, which are located on 19 storeys and are reachable by 5 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Will never stay here again!

    Rooms quite good but looking a bit shabby and tired. The food was awful, never had such cold, poor quality food in a hotel abroad before. Reported to reception as we also saw a member of staff put his hand in the baked beans at breakfast. The lady we spoke to didn't seem interested and the food got steadily worse so we started eating out. A lot of the staff had a really bad attitude as well. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

    Amazing hotel, great walking distance to all the places you’d want to go. Sylvia was also a great host who entertained a lot of us with different games by the pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

    This is our 6th visit to this hotel in benidorm which speaks for itself. It's a adults only hotel but it's location, is great just away from the strip but close enough to walk if you want it,there are pubs ,clubs ,shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was superb from the food with a great variety the rooms were always spotless all drinks were branded labels,and staff were always friendly and helpful The reps in the hotel ,Sol and Silvia,we're brilliant not only there for games and making sure entertainment went well.but they also spent time talking to all the guests in the hotel making you feel really welcome and smile they are a credit The only fault was the evening entertainment was repetitive it could be sorted and maybe a bit.more spent.on it.But really looking forward to our nxt visit ( and apparently getting a refit this winter ).     We was in the deluxe rooms which were spacious clean and tidy the actual hotel was ok the dining area was always cold too much air con on sent the food cold very quickly plenty of choice though you would never starve pool area was good nice and clean Sylvia the entertainer was good we played most of the games as for night time entertainment I've had better at three star hotels I'm afraid was very poor.The hotel was in a perfect location 20mins walk to the beach or the strip plenty of bars with music on often we sat outside the front of the hotel listening to the Tropical bar music across the road would I come again at a push maybe.
