99 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Lovely hotel.Bar staff,Juan and Ali and the female staff were happy so helpful. ALI managed to get the rugby league on for us (HKR).Reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. One small thing was evening meal.Had to ask the cook x3 separate occasions to replenish empty trays, he was stood looking at them! and letting people walk away empty plates?.Had freshly squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Other then that great staff .Housemaid did great job with services.Close to the beach.Would stay again.9/10

    I stayed at this hotel with friends for 5 nights. The cleanliness, friendliness of the staff (particularly Ali in the bar) and the overall ambience were all amazing. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this hotel again. Highly recommend!

    Just returned from a great 5 night's. Breakfast was great, hotel was clean, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Brilliant location, will definitely be back.

    We arrived at the Hotel on Monday 18th May 2026 and were informed that our rooms were not quite ready, the receptionist said that we could drop our bags in the luggage holding area and go and get a drink in the bar and they would let us know as soon as our rooms were ready.This was to be our first taste of how we would be treated throughout the stay there, all the staff who work in the bars work extremely hard but never let this detract from first class customer service, i wish that i had taken more note of their names but did not, however that were all brilliant and could not do enough to help you. Service with a smile. The food that was served from the bars areas was very good and value for money as well.The Hotel was spotless and well kept the rooms we stayed in were cleaned every day to a very good level, our maid for the stay was Noelia who kept our room spotless another member of the Hotel team who are a credit to them.We were a group of ten, and I would stay there again and as a matter of fact one of the couples has already booked again for next year,The location of the Hotel is close enough for you to access old Benidorm and the strip and a short walk to the beach.

    We’ve just come back from a friends holiday at the Benidorm Center Hotel and had a really lovely stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but the main reason for this review is to recognise two amazing staff members — Cristina and Natalia.They both went above and beyond to look after us during our stay, especially around the pool area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made our holiday extra enjoyable and are a real credit to the hotel.We hope hotel management recognises how fantastic they both are. Thank you again for making our trip so special!
