Location

The hotel occupies a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district of Benidorm. Links to the public transport network are 10 m away and a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found a mere 500 m from the hotel. It is just 750 m to the Playa de Levante and the nearest golf course lies at a distance of around 10 km. The hotel's location makes it unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Facility

8 junior suites and 290 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 298 non-smoking rooms.

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 2 outdoor and indoor pools. Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Active guests can enjoy bocce. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. A spa and a sauna are available in the wellness area. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    This hotel was very good all the staff were very friendly ! We stayed in room 923 which had amazing views the room itself was very clean couldnt fault it and there was a great selection at breakfast ! The hotel is situated up a steep hill in a quiet area away from the noise and we made good use of the complimentary shuttle bus .     A Hilly area with minimum rooms

    A large Hotel with evening entertainment most nights. Lots of retirement Spanish couples enjoying there stay also. The rooms are basic, dated and no extras in room only a mini fridge. Most rooms have a balcony view. 10 floors high. One of the smaller skyscrapers. On a very very hilly area with shuttle bus to edge of strip. Very Expensive bar food €10 for a toasted H&C sandwich. Alcoholic beverages expensive €10.50 for G&T. Lots of steps in the actual front and inside so if any mobility issues you are in trouble too. Have ramps but limited. Staff are lovely and security at night too. It's a 4 star but in Spanish terms. A bit to far out and hilly for us. But we got what we paid for.     Nice hotel with lovely pool area. Good breakfast, with lots of choices. Up a hill but the hotel runs a courtesy bus down into town which is great. Brilliant trip.     Terrible. Health and safety hazard, with no apology.

    Very average rooms. Wouldn't advise leaving your Aircon on as mine malfunctioned and started pumping chemicals in to my room whilst I was asleep. I woke up coughing with burning eyes and had to change rooms. No apology whatsoever. No offer of any compensation. Honestly would avoid at all costs. The staff in the bar area were helpful and polite, but the reception desk wouldn't even offer us a late check out because apparently you need to request this the day before, which would have been nice to know before hand, even though there were plenty of empty rooms and had already had a major problem with my room.     My partner woke up not being able to breathe and his eyes burning due to the aircon breaking and blowing out refrigerator coolant. So he was breathing in toxic chemicals and had to try get out the room asap. Staff didn’t even seem to car about the incident or do anything to help. He had to ask to be put in another room and they asked if he would like to just move later in the morning…. Obviously he said he wanted another room then and there. They told him to go back up and wait in said room and collect his belongings. Luckily I was sharing a room with a friend that evening as am pregnant and the chemicals coming out are highly toxic. Luckily I do t think he was in there for too long but he was quiet, dizzy, tight chested and felt sick for a while after.But again staff didn’t seem fazed by it at all. Was a good thing he wasn’t drunk and passed out either. Have never known anything like this to happen as am sure the aircon units should be serviced….Beds were terrible and are room wasn’t overly clean when we arrived either.
