The best location on the beach. Very friendly staff. No fuss check in. Will be looking to book again as soon as possible. Overall great stay. Very clean and well appointed room. We took the superior sea view on the top floor.

WARNING!!!! SAFETY ISSUE !!!! YOU HAVE A KEY FOR YOUR ROOM JUST ONE! MY SON WENT OUT WHY I STAYED IN THE ROOM AND LOCKED THE DOOR. . I DECIDED TO GO OUT SHORTLY AFTER BUT WAS LOVKED IN UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR WITHOUT A KEY. THIS IS A SERIOSE SAFETY ISSUE THAT NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION.

Excellent location and room was clean, modern and comfortable. Great view across the Promenade and port. Right on the doorstep of the Old Town.Sadly, the guy above us enjoyed using loud, foul language whilst swilling down cheap lager on his balcony but hey, that's Brits in Benidorm for you.If you want the fun of the Benidorm Strip and €2 lager, this probably isn't the place to stay.However, for a relaxing trip, great value for money, great views, polite staff, then don't hesitate to book.Great cafe bars on the doorstep for breakfast and drinks.

The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. It is definitely a tad tired in places but doesn't detract from the overall experience, the sea view from the room we were in was truly amazing. The main question is always, would you stop there again and as already mentioned we would in a heartbeat and intend to book room 703 again.

Location wise perfect near to the centre of the old town, overlooking the beach. We had a sea view room which we would highly recommend as the views are stunning!! Room basic, very clean, had a fridge and fab aircon. As we had a superior room the balcony was big and had the usual table and chairs and also the bonus of 2 sunbeds. Good bars and restaurants nearby and about a 30-40 min walk to the new town. Great value for money. Have already booked to go back ??
