Location

The hotel is situated a few minutes' walking distance from Levante beach and 35 minutes' walking distance from the tourist centre and old town. The hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2021. The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with 2 lifts and 135 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. 9 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers a variety of outdoor sports, including bocce. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and golf. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis and darts or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Paper thin walls

    Too many groups the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything even down to someone sneezing in the next room, there seems to be a lot of disrespectful guests here, shouting, screaming, banging the doors and dragging furniture around, we called down to reception early hours of 1 morning to ask them to come to our floor and deal with a drunken man and his wife who was arguing and going in and out their room and banging and crashing, but they did nothing, so I had to go out and tell them to keep the noise down. No fridge or kettle facilities but you can hire a kettle from reception Beds were comfortable and the rooms had good ACI found a few of the staff to be quite rude at times.The food was very nice and the cleaners did an amazing job. Location of the hotel was great.     We stayed in room 208 on the 2nd floor which had a fantastic pool view,Room was clean & tidy & the shower was powerful & hot.WiFi is good throughout the hotel.
