This hotel is situated in an animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 5 minutes’ walking distance from Levante beach and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes’ walking distance away and next to the hotel there are links to the public transport network.

Facility

The hotel has 9 single rooms and 274 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Staff were excellent. Friendliest ever. Any Problems they're sorted straight away. We had a bath instead of a walk in shower and room got changed next morning. Food, terrific choice and again staff were on top of it changing it before it got low. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. And value for money compared to presidente.

    Stayed here 4 nights in April. First time at this hotel, but won't be the last.We were checked in by the wonderful Angeles (thanks for writing your name down!) and were allocated a room on the fifth floor. It overlooked the road at the back but was quiet. Room clean, beds comfortable and air con if needed.Hotel is located a short walk from the main strip and all the bars, clubs, shops and whatever else, but it's far enough away to be an oasis of peace and quiet.We had breakfast included and it was also excellent with plenty of options.All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.When back in Benidorm this will be our number one choice.     If your in the hospitality trade you will be looking at guest experience. The helios has made it in every department from the second you walk in the main door from smiling reception team to staff on hand looking after guests at the pool side and not forgetting the brilliant house keeping staff who do a great job in the rooms, it's one of the cleanest hotels you will ever find and we'll maintained inside and outside. And special hello to Lee night manager he made our visit with his knowledge and kindness.
