  Lovely hotel & great location

  24 Sept 2026

Stayed here mid September for a short break ( 4 nights ).Great location & very comfortable room.Good shower & free safe. We booked direct with the hotel and received a very competitive rate.Breakfast was a vast choice , plenty for all tastes. You can get a kettle from reception FOC but they do not supply cups or mugs.We are looking to return to Benidorm late March & will 100% stay here again.Thank you Helios for a lovely stay. Helios Benidorm, General Manager at Hotel Helios Benidorm, responded to this review Dear David,Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a lovely review following your stay with us.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location, the comfort of your room and the wide choice available at breakfast. It is also wonderful to know that you found our direct booking rate so competitive and, above all, that you are already planning to return to Benidorm next March.Knowing that you would choose the Helios again means a great deal to our team. Exceptional

  23 Sept 2026

Have been going this hotel since 2018, at least 2 per year,we have nothing but good to say about the location, food, staff can't fault it, we had a bad experience in June there, stag type groups there, but, they have sorted it, I wasn't going back, but glad I did, absolutely 100 % can't fault it, for a quiet relaxing holiday for the young at heart but not of age ??? Helios Benidorm, General Manager at Hotel Helios Benidorm, responded to this review Dear Mr and Mrs Glover,Thank you very much for your lovely review and, most importantly, for continuing to choose Helios since 2018.It was a real pleasure to welcome you back, especially after your experience in June. I am genuinely pleased to know that you decided to give us another chance and that this time you had the relaxing and enjoyable stay you have come to expect from us.After so many years and at least two visits every year, your continued trust and support mean a great deal to all of us. We are delighted that you continue to enjoy our location, food and, above all, our team.As you know, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere is very important to us at Helios, and we are very happy to hear that you once again found exactly that.Thank you again for your continued loyalty. It is always lovely to see you back, and I look forward to welcoming you again very soon.Kind regards,Julia FischerOperations Manager

  Great hotel

  21 Sept 2026

Hotel Helios is ideally located with plenty of of bars restaurants around. The staff make a perfect atmosphere at the hotel because they are all very friendly and welcoming I would like to mention Angela, Isobel and julia they are all very professional and very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them when helping you out.The rooms are very clean and comfortable the only negative I would have is that there are no drawers for storage!.Helios is good value for money especially if you are half board. We have been visiting the Helios for the last 12 consecutive years and have booked again for September 2027 and are all looking forward to our return. We truly appreciate your continued trust in Helios.Thank you also for your kind words about Angela, Isabel and myself. It is always a pleasure to know that our guests feel well looked after, and I will certainly share your lovely comments with the team.We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of drawers in the rooms and will take this into consideration as we continue looking for ways to improve our guests’ comfort. We look forward to welcoming you back to Hotel Helios next September and hope you have a wonderful year until then.Kind regards,Julia FischerOperations Manager

  Fabulous hotel

  17 Sept 2026

Have just come back from a 3 night stay at Hotel Helios. A great hotel, situated close to the nightlife, restaurants and beach. Hotel is spotless, room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, toiletries supplied including toothbrushes, comb and a razor. We received 2 complementary bottles of lager and water and crisps on our day of arrival - which was a nice touch. If you book your stay directly with the hotel you recieve 45 minutes of private use of the spa - steam, sauna and jacuzzi. I also booked a full body and head massage with Mar - it was wonderful. There are plenty of sunbeds available and the life guard was very diligent in removing towels from beds if they were now being used. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, if fact am looking to book next year already. Helios Benidorm, General Manager at Hotel Helios Benidorm, responded to this review Dear Nikki,Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and wonderful review following your stay at Hotel Helios. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location, the spaciousness and cleanliness of your room, and all those little touches that made your arrival special. It is lovely to know that you also enjoyed our private spa experience and, especially, your massage with Mar. We will certainly share your kind words with her!We are also very pleased that you appreciated our pool area and the attention of our lifeguard, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our team throughout your stay. Most of all, we are thrilled to hear that you would definitely stay with us again and that you are already looking at booking for next year! We would be delighted to welcome you back to Hotel Helios.Warm regards,Julia FischerOperations Manager
