This pleasant hotel is wonderfully located in the tourist centre, less than 1 km from the beach. The pulsating town centre, which has an array of shopping and entertainment venues, is a few minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 133 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the joya and I have been here for 3 and a half weeks going home on thursday so where to start this hotel is out of the way 10 minute walk to the beach 10 minute walk to the old town quieter than some of the hotels this is a Spanish hotel but what a lovely hotel it is basic but clean rooms clean cleaners clean everyday towels changed everyday lovely pool and garden area the breakfast is good eggs bacon beans mushrooms cereal fruit different types of bread pastries tea coffee fruit juice the staff are lovely people caesar padsey Julio...been to a few restaurants and bars jolly Roger on the sea front they have entertainment on every evening from 8pm rather noisey bar drinks reasonably priced..half way house for English food sunday roast amazing... tapas alley wonderful in the old town trying the Chinese tonite near the bingo hall on the edge of the old town..if you like cabaret and singers such as ruby rox Ed sheeran tribute beonce try greeneys end of the strip enjoyable evening drinks reasonably priced and the West end show bar barbie lexi and Stella not for the faint hearted there us something for everyone here in benidorm I have already booked for next year.

    Stayed here April 14th for 10 nights. The hotel is fantastic!! The staff are all so friendly. Room was spotless, beds very comfy and room cleaned everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel, the bar downstairs serves food and quality drinks at great prices, the pool area, sun loungers tables, chairs and even a shed bar by the pool was perfection! Will definitely be returning.

    We are currently staying in this hotel. It is a little gem. We booked bed and breakfast for a week in april. Very very clean, set back from all the noise of benidorm.The rooms are modern and cleaned every day. The hotel is very clean and welk kept.It has a lovely pool area and snack bar.Very peaceful and not to busy.The breakfast is a typical soanish buffet one, very nice.Staff are friendly and helpful.It is well placed to get anywhere in benidorm.We are booking for next year while still here. Highly recommend.

    We recently returned from our third stay at Hotel Joya.A lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in such a good location to get to both old town (10-15) mins and new town (10) mins.The pool and seating area around it are great.The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily.I honestly would recommend this hotel to everyone

    Hotel was bit out the way of the front cant really complain about that travel agent messed up on that but the food was discusting paid for bed a d breakfast that I didn't have . Food wasn't covered or heated constantly. Added photo what I had on day one only had one mouth full had to spit out as was cold and underdone I complained to reception kept saying to me no understand and didn't see a holiday rep .. won't be going here again . Plus suppost to have same rooms as my friend he had sunny view I had shade all day
