  Aesthetically pleasing BUT allergy awareness and service displeasing

  If you go to a restaurant that looks somewhat aesthetically pleasing and quite pretty then 100% you have come to a nice place, but at best I’d say a 7/10.The main point of this review is to tell others that the service was painfully slow, order was incorrect (and when questioned they refused to resolve), and no awareness or knowledge of what gets put in place for people with allergies (even though on the menu it says in English to consult the staff regarding allergies and intolerances).Staff were slow, barely spoke a word of English, no understanding or prior knowledge of the word allergy let alone what specifics need to be in place to accustom.Ordered a cheese and ham sandwich which on the menu say it comes with chips. The chips never came and the staff were not helpful at all about resolving this.To conclude, if you want the bare minimum service and like pretty places…then this is the place for you.   Stopped off on the terrace for drinks and food but only managed drinks.When asked for a menu the waiter pointed to the QR code on the table but happily handed out menus to others.Can’t review the food as the waiter never came back to take our order despite trying to get his attention several times.Sangria was OK, beer was off so can’t rate any more than one star.   Beautiful place but we won't be back

  We called for a glass of wine on a lovely warm day.We were served quite quickly, wine was perfectly fine but I did notice almost everyone in here was Spanish. The Spanish customers got drinks mats and olives on the table with their drinks, we got nothing, our drinks followed by the bill! The other waiter was very friendly and attentive unlike the chap who served us.We were actually going to have more drinks but we took being handed out bill as it's time for you to leave. How incredibly rude.   Lovely views of the beach and bay. Lovely clean terrace. Terrible service. The waiter acknowledged us. Then ignored us for ages. When he came close again I asked if I could place an order. He said one minute as he was busy.We finally ordered. Drinks ok. Only have house wines.
