Location

The hotel is situated in an exclusive residential zone of Benidorm called Ciudad Jardin Sierra Helada, 900 m form Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Next to the hotel guests will find public transport. The old town and tourist centre of Benidorm is 3 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with 4 lifts and 176 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Just back from this hotel, stayed here many times. the hotel is great for location , pool fantastic, rooms lovely and big, spotlessly clean as it is all over the hotel, staff lovely nothing too much trouble for them. Drinks really good. THE BIGGEST LET DOWN WAS THE FOOD,IT WAS ALMOST THE SAME EVERY DAY FOR LUNCH AND DINNER, NEVER HOT, THE SOUP WAS DREAD FUL IT LOOKED LIKE THE DAY BEFORES LEFT OVERS THROWN TOGETHER PEOPLE I SPOKE TO ON ALL INCLUSIVE WERE GOING OUT FOR THE EVENING MEAL THE FOOD WAS FINE IF YOU LIVED ON SALAD LOVELY AND PLENTIFULI,I WOULD GIVE THE HOTEL 4.5 FOOD 1STAR NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A 4* HOTEL.

    Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel .room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony .Food ..breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etcLunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters,Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment ,,through the dayanimation team did well to try to get everyone involved in various games ,pool ,darts etcLocation ,,location was good for us 10-15 min walk to beach ,supermarkets close by as well as mcdonalds across the road ,Staff ,,the staff were nice and friendly especially bar staff ,they was always trying to chat away with us Overall ,,nice clean hotel with good food And we would certainly go back again

    Good location, opposite Benidorm palace. Rooms good ,spacious,clean. But no kettle to have a cup of tea or coffee. Check in time not getting proper Information,no one to direct or take the luggages to the room. No wrist band ,every time we have show even in the bar and dining room. Not getting even water in the room. No where mentioned about cap to wear in swimming pool and jacuzzi,we have to buy 6€ cap from there. After check out at 12 till we leave the hotel ,even your flight is evening you can't get even a glass of water. According to my previous experiences we just need to vacate the room, we could have lunch or snacks till our pick up from the hotel.first time very bad experience like this.we had many holidays before with love holidays I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Food also weekend better than weekdays.not much choices. Juice is not fresh as well.only one day there was fresh banana other days all over ripped black spots one. The swimming pool bar was closed as well. Room was very hot , we couldn't sleep well 3_4 nights.Nothing is been sorted even after informing the receptionist.AC was not working good. Hope good in future for future guests. We were Not at all Happy.

    The hotel didn't use wristbands and we had to use our room key cards to get a drink and we could only get one drink per card so we couldn't get more than one drink. The all-inclusive we arrived late and on the day we checked out we handed back the room cards and then we couldn't use the all inclusive anymore which meant we had to pay for our drinks. we have never had this problem before and we have stayed at alot of all inclusive hotels.There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

    Nice quiet area of Benidorm ,sits across from the Benidorm Palace ,hotel is very clean wonderful staff and good food .easy walking distance to main area of Benidorm Bus stop right outside hotel door this is our 3 rd time here so that says it all
