  Beautiful Hotel but......

  We previously stayed here at Christmas.No doubt it is a very nice hotel,with easy access to old town.We arrived about 2 30 pm and the room was ready.We went up to roof bar for the afternoon,yeah it's got excellent views but attracts the Instagram crowd,gets a bit annoying.Service not the best.Cocktails were good but at 13/14 Euros a pop not cheap.Didn't bother going up there again.Now here is my issue.First night got 2 hours sleep,second night no sleep,3rd night was aching all over.The mattress was extremely firm.Queried with reception,they stayed all mattresses same.Did offer a topper,eventually ended up with 3,didn't make any difference.Should say I have stayed in many hotels never previously had an issue with a mattress.Yes I should maybe have contacted Jet2, but I'd had enough by this point.We cut short our planned stay by 5 days,and booked new flights home at a cost of over 300 Euros.Would not stay again.Prefer the Bristol or Agua Azul or H10 Poniente Reservas Primavera Park, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Primavera Park, responded to this review Dear Ibalad;Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience with us.   Beautiful hotel with a touch of class in Benidorm

  Booked the hotel and then read other reviews on here regarding food etc so wasn’t sure what to expect. But from start to finish been an amazing experience at this hotel. Entry and hotel inside are just stunning, all newly renovated. Beautiful scent as you walk in that you can even buy if you wish. We were greeted by really helpful staff who got us checked in and room was ready early. We had a premium room on the ninth floor - room was clean, everything provided including towels, face cloths, bottled water in the fridge, conditioner and body lotion. Room was cleaned daily and had lovely aircon but at this time of year opening the balcony door was enough for a nice breeze. The TV does have limited channels if you’re English but you can connect a HDMI, cast on to the tv or use the Netflix app on the tele for more options. Downstairs pool was cool but nice for a dip when sunbathing, plenty of sunloungers available and even Bali style beds. Food was really good, with a good selection and different themed nights. Standard buffet style for both evening meal and breakfast. We found the food to be well cooked and hot contrary to other reviews we had seen. They do also offer you to swap lunch for dinner if you are wanting to on some days which is nice to have the flexibility. On the weekend there was a saxophone player and singer by the pool and at breakfast giving a lovely atmosphere. Roof top bar is amazing, yes it does get busy on weekends but we didn’t have to wait long for a table and service. There are also sun beds and loungers up there that can be used in the daytime. There is the option to extend your stay if you have a later flight but this depends on availability but was advertised as 45€ to keep the room until 6:00. The hotel is really close to the old town, Levante beach and about 15/20 minute walk from the strip so perfect location for us. Look forward to returning to this hotel in the future as we really enjoyed our stay.   Comfortable beds, lovely decor, quiet location

  Lovely decor and rooms comfortable and quiet. Rooftop bar is a must great views. We didn't get to use the pool as weather was bad but towels are available. Vegan options for breakfast were very lacking. Beans and toast or veggies. No margarine either. There were a selection of plant milks. No allergy advice on anything so was a bit tiring having to constantly ask. I managed for 3 days any more then I would have spoken to Jet 2 rep as they have been great in past. There is a large supermarket nearby so an option but annoying when you have already paid for breakfast. Lots of reviews mention cold food. Everything was stone cold but can heat up in microwave.   Not very good , especially undercooked food illnesses when home

  Poor performance up a high hill from old town area from Bristol Hotel nearer the city park , Rooms standard high rates balancy at side rear roof above kitchen cig butt's on roof cleaned at times , noisy banging bottles bins & waste lorries night & day, feel poisoned since got home in March Paddy's wk the cold food gets so quick at breakfast to wait on eggs cooking & eve meal worse to get a hot choice or go up more the waste food & water bill charges , loads sweet foods , nice fresh fruit slices in morns but seem have cause tum upset bowel C dehydration poisoning as others are saying , my other dispointing was your room toilets 🚻 💩 no fan to take away odours stuck the room unless left balancy door opened so carry buy a spray if stay here under TUI travel cheap room 515 in corner end , Rep at check in was friendly seemed helpful to my email resquest for a better room said wait moro come back changed staff minds not allowed under your budget get what you pay for & laugh was it was £878 half board 7 nights its a joke , nice Views roof top bar crowded no room on only night of entertainment Saturdays. Too cold for pool lounges , longer walk at times & on Paddy's night few others up the strip lost asking me for directions back in dark I was bit lost too aft that before 10pm too out way that wee bit get used to it its just up the hill from airport buses drop off drive past it instead stop holds traffic up comes down hill busy to cross very disappointing now food espically ok when it was nice , or found British homecooked on Paddy's day when Primaveras was cold sour hot chilly wrap in pictures see difference need health safety food standards brought in here & fans in bathroom ltd milk supply in rooms & oh ah forgot about the damage TV 📺 IN ROOM NO ENGLIGH CHANNEL no sky TV news asked at rep got maintenence man tried but couldn't ajust any English news channel just Spanish & radios disgusting ruined our stay but least we like to be out and about all day plenty to see do go on tram rides etc stay sober nice watching burning statues yards down hill from this hotel outside Bristol hotel night aft Paddys Day huge fire & fireworks 🎆 after 11 pm just not go back here again so soon plenty more I like here Reservas Primavera Park, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Primavera Park, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.   Fantastic Stay, Great Location and We’ll Definitely Be Back

  We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will 100% be returning next time we visit Benidorm.From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a beautiful scent throughout the hotel, which immediately gives a great first impression. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.The room was finished to a high standard and cleaned daily, which made a real difference to the overall experience. It was deadly quiet in the room, so quiet that we didn’t think any other guests were staying at times.Breakfast is always a big one for me, and I’m usually sceptical when places claim it’s “fabulous,” but this genuinely delivered. There was plenty of variety, and everything was consistently well-stocked and replenished. I overheard someone complaining that parts of the full English were cold, but that wasn’t our experience at all; only the mushrooms were slightly cooler. Even then staff were more than happy to warm things up, and there’s a microwave available if you prefer to do it yourself.All the facilities were excellent. The only small suggestion I’d make would be to extend the rooftop terrace opening hours slightly. One evening, we arrived at 11:40 pm, and it closed at midnight, so it felt a bit rushed being asked to leave right on the dot.The location is spot on, within easy walking distance to the beach, surrounded by great local restaurants and far enough away from the louder British bars and nightlife so you can enjoy some peace when you want it. It’s still close enough if you fancy heading out and making your way back easily.We ate out every night and had some amazing meals. I’d highly recommend The Vagabond, a beautiful French-infused restaurant that is nearby. In there, we also heard great things from other guests about the hotel’s own restaurant Exotica, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last night, but will definitely be trying next time we visit.Hotel bar prices were also very reasonable, around 6 euros for a pint, which made it easy to enjoy the facilities rather than feeling like you needed to go elsewhere.Overall, a brilliant stay. Couldn’t fault it and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
