Location

This beach hotel is situated in Benidorm's tourist centre, just 20 m from the Levante Beach. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance of the hotel. Convenient public transport links are within 100 m of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. Units include 11 single rooms and 285 double rooms located in an 11-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 8 lifts. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Daily newspapers will keep you informed.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bidet, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay.     Great location for the strip

    Came here for a weekend in March 2026 for an all male group of friends on a weekend away.Hotel location is excellent and you pretty much walk out onto the strip by Morgan's Tavern. Check in was quick and easy, the hotel was pretty quiet but we didn't really stay there for much.     Good location, has nearly all you need

    It is a big hotel very close to the entertainment. There is a lovely terrace on the front of hotel which is good for people watching and they have entertainment there in the afternoon, of variable quality. Two young singers on Thursday were fantastic. Check in was easy, rooms are adequate. There is no tea and coffee in the room and the hotel does not let you hire any. Bathroom has a hairdryer, and there are plenty of mirrors in the room. Small balcony facing the front, which can get noisy, they are bigger if facing the pool.Lovely big pool, with a bar, and loads of sunbeds and seating. Large lounge area which I think has some entertainment but we didn't see much and it was usually totally empty. Restaurant is buffet and has a really good range of food, with a varied menu on all occasions. The clientele was largely elderly, but some groups of younger people on celebrations. Baggage room for storage when you check out, and generally this is a comfortable and clean hotel. Has all that you need, and if you book direct you get discounts.     Clean but stuffy when no aircon

    No air conditioning. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again.
