Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Benidorm, 400 m from Levante Beach, and 1 km from the tourist centre and old town. Guests have a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops 100 m away, and it is around 50 m from the nearest public transport stop.

Facility

The hotel has 132 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Did a 3 night girls holiday in may. There were 5 of us over 2 rooms. Jackie on the front desk was so helpful, lovely and polite and really started off our trip perfectly. It's right near the strip but just back enough you don't feel too involved in it. The triple room was really a twin room with an extra bed so the person in the middle bed literally had to climb to the bottom to get out but the rooms were clean and smart.Lovely chilled vibe by the pool with music on low, plenty of sunbeds and a really clean pool. Bar staff are amazing and food and drinks by the pool were great. we did half board and food was always varied and plentiful. something for even the fussiest of eaters and loads of choice. Again, staff were just so lovely. if you're looking to be near the heart of everything but want it a little bit quieter then this is the place. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome!     Amazing Hotel

    My husband and I have stayed here a few times and this time we were with friends. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Benidorm and this is our favourite.The hotel is spotless and the cleaner was lovely and friendly. Even when we said we didn't need clean towels every day she was insistent!! Lovely lady.A big thanks to, and I apologise for the spelling but think it was Yolainde who was always there at the pool bar. So friendly and very attentive.Of course our thanks to Jackie who always makes you feel at home, remembers you and offers a lovely personal feel to your stay. She is an absolute diamond!! ❤️Location is excellent as it is central to everywhere and is great value for money.The pool area is lovely and plenty of sunbeds without feeling cramped, very quiet and relaxing 🌴We only had breakfast and plenty of choice and again the staff were lovely and very professional. Overall a huge 10/10 and we will 100% be back!!     Clean, spacious room bed a bit hard, but that's my opinion. Hubby thought it was ok. Fridge in room and safe free to use, no kettle, but I knew this before and took our own, also no pool towels but I think they provide them possibly for a fee.and English TV so bonus. Lovely breakfast, dinner was hit n miss. Didn't watch the entertainment as we went out, so I can't comment Plenty of sunbeds are available, pool small, not sure how it would be in high season.     Lovely quiet hotel in a good location very clean and comfortable rooms a little dated but can't fault it.good choice at breakfast and again very clean and well organised. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.we didn't use the pool so can't comment .we would stay there again.     The staff are all lovely and friendly. We loved the food. The room was great second floor with pool view. Spotlessly clean throughout. We also like the location its perfect for us.Small issue with noise late at night from other guests.
