Location

The beach hotel is situated 500 m from the tourist centre and old town of Benidorm and 300 m (5 min on foot) from Levante Beach. In the surrounding area of the hotel there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as public transport.

Facility

The hotel has 16 single rooms and 236 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). Various wellness options, such as a sauna, a steam bath, a spa, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments, are offered for a fee. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

The hotel includes a buffet restaurant and a piano bar. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    Good hotel,close enough for the strip or head down to the old town if you want quieter,reception staff were fantastic,we arrived at 9pm and the rushed us into the restaurant for food before checking us in just to ensure we were fed.Fantastic food,clean rooms and great staff,great experience all in.     Glad I only stayed a couple of nights and not longer. Broken air con so the room was scorching and they charge you to use the inbuilt pool and sauna which should be included for ALL guests, especially for the price you pay to stay here.     A great hotel to stay at, rooms immaculate, food excellent, staff really helpful and very friendly. I arrived late on and was not happy with my room, I went and spoke with reception and was told to come back the next day and they would change my room. True to their word they swapped my room. The hotel has a really lovely chilled atmosphere.     Hotel was immaculatley clean and food (breakfast only) was very good, staff were professional and pleasant not over friendly. Room was a little on the tight side for 3 sharing and I did not like the security gate on the balcony door (first floor only poolside).Location was really good, 5 mins walk to seafront, new town bar area or old town shopping district.You must consider the extra charges for the indoor pool spa area in the winter months (not all equipment was available during our stay) and 6 euro min spend at night in the entertainment lounge.To conclude we had a lovely stay with just a few niggles for one of Servigroup top hotels.
