Impressive Hotel!

Just spent an enjoyable week at the Nereo. Very clean, in fact, spotless! The cleaners were very friendly and efficient, as were all the staff, with a special mention to the maintenance man(unfortunately didn't get his name) who was determined to fix our tv, which he did successfully!Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The porridge, often overlooked, was outstanding - the best we've had in any hotel or cruise ship! Lots of comfortable seating in the large reception area, nice pool area with a pleasant bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks.Good location , just off the main strip, so not noisy, which helped with sleeping in the comfy beds.We would definitely stay here again

3rd stay here. We obviously like it. This time though we were on a different side of the hotel you can literally hear every noise from corridors and adjacent rooms. ?? We could hear things ya dont wanna hear ?? The seal on balcony doors obvs are not good as we were smoked out in our rooms with cigarettes from other guests.I would of liked a kettle for a cuppa. ? Perhaps the lead on the hairdryer could be longer so you dont have to be a contortionist ??. As always its spotless... House keeping are on the ball. Staff lovely and still one of the nicest breakfasts we have had in Beni. Great location. Lovely pool and attentive bar team. Entertainment not really our thing and never seems particularly busy... But we are in Beni so not surprised. Lovely Clean Friendly Hotel, Quality English Breakfast. Polite staff, Located other end of Old town. Ideal just to stroll on to the main road with all the Bars,Indoor market just across the road, and some nice Bars. Will Definetly stay again.

Great Stay, Great Food, Great Staff

Returned today from a 7 day break, arrived around midday and our room was ready. I did request a low floor due to a fear of heights and was given room 215. The staff are fantastic, we both very much enjoyed the food and ate well on half board basis. The restaurant staff were super friendly and professional. I really liked the rooms and balcony, the shower was very powerful and hot. My one point of note was poor UK TV channels, BBC 1, poor reception and BBC 2, however I had my Tablet and this didn't make an impact on my holiday. There are so many positives, we both decided we would definitely stay again, and this is the 1st hotel in Benidorm we both agreed on. When we departed this morning the cleaning staff were doing an amazing job of thoroughly cleaning the lobby. The pool area was great plenty of sunbeds and parasols, and drinks were very reasonable priced. Thank you for a great stay

We booked this hotel on same day as arriving in Benidorm. I stayed with family and they gave us rooms next to each other too which was a bonus. Hotel was spotless. Cleaners are a credit to this hotel. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good too. I had a full English everyday I was there. Pool was good. Beds were really comfortable. Location was very good. Close by to bars, restaurants etc… 5 minute walk to levante beach. Pretty much next door to the hotel where they filmed Benidorm too lol. I highly recommend this hotel. Was very impressed
