Location

The hotel is situated 250 m from Levante beach. A few metres away, guests will find shops, restaurants and bars. Within a 20-minute walk, guests can reach Benidorm centre; the Old Town is a 25-minute walk away. Via public transport, this area can be reached in only 10 minutes (stops are 20 m from the hotel).

Facility

The hotel has 200 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers beach volleyball. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Guests can relax and unwind in the wellness area (massage treatments). Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a buffet restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     As returning guests we were once again not disappointed. We hadn't booked a pool view (our oversight)but were allocated room 1001 which was perfect for us and I would be more than happy with this room on any further visits. The main asset of the hotel is the staff....all staff in bar restaurant reception and cleaning staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness can't be faulted. Breakfast is plentiful with a good variety...my partner a fan of the porridge while I was a fan of the cava(like a bucks fizz at breakfast) so we were both well pleased. Evening meals good..prompt service and good variety of foods. The location of the hotel is perfect for us...near Levante beach which we like to walk to. We are hoping to return again to the hotel which in itself I think is a recommendation. Thanks again for another great stay.     We arrived around 1,30 pm and although we knew we couldn't check in until 4 p.m. which was late to do so at that time. I went with my friends who's anniversary it was!We managed to check in straight away as I did it on line, as they sent me a email to check in on line but there is no where for a T.I.E. Number to put in. So I rang and gave it to them before hand!The Rooms wasn't that big for 3 people very small actually and no tea and coffee facilities which for a 4 star it should be mandatory but the Blacony was big we had no see views just street views so quite dissapointed, it was cold at night and not enough extra covers for 3 people this needs looking into however the maids service was excellent and the beds comfortable although we had a reasonable sleep the outside noise from the bars you could hear through the windows. Maybe double glazing is needed! but we made do.. Also it see Free Spa circuit on the paper work but they do not have one only treatment rooms at a expensive cost. Bu they had a outdoor pool supposed to be heated but it was freezing I was in and out in minutes but my friend put up with it!The Bar was very reasonable for drinks prices and my friends got a free bottle of cava as it was their anniversary. Plus we had a Free Benidorm palace show ticket Free each and a welcome drink and gift as we stayed for 3 nights.The restaurant food quality was hot and very nice and filling could not fault it.Easy to find the hotel parking but not a chance on the streets as it was full so its worth paying the €15 a day to park at the hotel parking bays.The evening entertainment was surprisingly good and in english language which amazed me although I do speak alittle spanish!The recpetion staff, waiting staff, night staff and the restaurant staff especially Jose and the very polite and friendly person Sergie.Overall a 9/10 stay perfect for a adult style hotel no children and no rubbish childrens meals!For the amount we paid I would definitely stay again although I have been twice before but just with my partner but its worth upgrading to a superior room which I have tried before!Thanks for nice stay servigroup, I do use you a lot and a memeber for years!.See you next time!     Great overall competitively priced hotel

    Hotel location is great, with an actual supermarket across the road rather than the local Benidorm no prices listed tourist traps and easily walkable to some bars and restaurants while being enough out of the way to avoid the noise. The hotel is on the main road down to the corner of Levante beach so lower floor rooms may be subject to traffic noise. I stayed on 6th floor so no issue.Room is a decent size with plenty of storage with the wardrobe and smaller bedside cabinets. The main issue is the lack of plug sockets, 1 either side of the bed so using the desk for work/getting ready isn't feasible. Large wall mirror outside of the bathroom but again no plug sockets.Some other reviews have stated no air con until June but I stayed 1st to 4th of May and was available.Bathroom as expected, shower is large and great water pressure.The pool area is sizeable but there were very limited amount of sun loungers which filled up quickly during the stay, much less than the hotel pictures, but maybe due to time of year.Foodwise, the buffet breakfast was a good selection covering hot food and cereals/pastries etc so plenty of choice. Also a large bar area with TV screen and reasonable drinks prices although still more expensive than local bars.Overall the hotel has very large common areas and pool area with a room that fits with the price of the hotel.     Can’t really fault this hotel, hits the bullseye for location, food, friendliness of staff and condition of rooms.Think that’s our 4th time staying over the years and hard to beat.No mad hen or stags in the hotel so a nice chilled and relaxed time had.Roll on next year.
